Coty and his partner were very professional and got the job done! They were very up front about the cost and what they needed to do. I would recommend them to anyone. I purchased their warranty program (which was very reasonably priced) because I know I will use them again. I plan to cancel my service contract on my HVAC and use Allen going forward! Emily, Edgar and Michael were very responsive and supportive of my plumbing emergency. Emily was the first to contact me after my request for help to Angi and she had a technician at my house the same day. Edgar came out the next day to camera the drain and worked quite awhile to complete the project. The cost was more than fair. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them highly.

Seth was awesome. He came out the next day after I contacted Allen. Seth attempted to find an easy fix without having to rip and replace my existing setup. Unfortunately that wasnâ t an option and he had to come out a few days later to do the work, which required burying a line. Seth carefully dug the trench and put the sod back on top as to not cause a huge eye sore in my lawn. Will use them again in the future.

Arrived on schedule, actually called and said they were running ahead and could come early

The company was very responsive and got to me the day after I put my ticket on Angi. The gentlemen (I'm horrible with names) were very respectful and quickly diagnosed that my stove was the issue and not my circuit. They also checked my panel for me and tightened some loose connections. I was only charged the call fee which was reasonable. They also noticed my husband's military service and gave me a military discount, so that was nice. I don't think I got the Angi 20% off that I should have, but I forgot to ask for it. That should be more of a default rather than me having to remember. (But that's more an Angi issue rather than the vendor.) All-in-all I would definitely use them again.
