I’ve used different plumbers over the years. Edgar, in particular, will Allen Home Services is the best I’ve seen. Awesome job.

Hayden arrived early, investigated the problem, offered multiple solutions, and implemented the one I chose quickly and without any fuss. Highly recommended.

In December, 2021, I had a number of lights which started to go off and on randomly over a 24 hour period. Some switches were dimmers, and some lights were controlled by one, two, or three switches. It was almost as if a ghost were having fun. Explaining this and trying to get someone to help wasnâ  t easy. I finally identified which switches belonged together (little yellow tags) and cross referenced them on a single sheet of paper. I called Allen Home Services and one of the electricians came out. Scott took over an hour to do a no charge assessment and estimate including taking almost all the malfunctioning switches apart to make sure he was able to order the correct replacements. Due to supply chain issues, the switches didnâ  t arrive till the latter part of Jan, 2022. Shortly thereafter Scott arrived with 17 new switches. The final set of three were replaced the last of February (Haden). Allen receptionists were always polite and followed up on requests. The electricians were professional in appearance, attitude and service. In addition, they were polite and arrived at the arranged times with all the necessary tools. Cleanup was well done. And they guarantee their work: After the switches were installed, one interfered with a non-new switch and the electrician came out to move it (no charge). Am I pleased with Allenâ  s work? Yes, happiness is NOT having lights go on at 3 AM

Showed up on time and went right to work. I had some questions. They answered so I could understand it pretty easily. Went the extra mile to find some water lines that were hiden. Marked the lines with tags so we what they and did. All business, even cleaned up after they were finished. Asked about some paper work and they went out of their way to find it. Great job , great company.

Friendly, very knowledgeable and fast response. I had a light fixture installed in the dining room and a GFCI installed in the garage. They might not be the cheapest, but I've paid the price in the past for shoddy work done by people who weren't qualified, so I'm willing to pay a little more for professional quality. Definitely would recommend this company.

the window of time to expect them to show is fairly arbitrary. i was given 8-10am and he didn't show up until noon. make sure you allot plenty of time for their adjustments (plumbers are busy!)

Great experience with Allen Home Services. We needed an electrical wiring update quickly to accommodate an in-progress bathroom remodel and they came out within 24 hours and provided a quick estimate. They were back first thing the next business day to complete the job which took about half a day. Customer service was fantastic and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely be calling them again for future electrical services.

The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand. I can guarantee that they will be the first people I call if I am having a problem.
