Bradley was excellent. He repaired something that I thought needed to be replaced, and was honest about something that didn't need to be done. I ended up paying significantly less than I was prepared to, thanks to his honesty. He was also very punctual, professional, and polite. Emily in the office has been great every time I've called in.
