Edgar did a fantastic job cleaning out my drain! He also changed out the whole house filter. Both jobs had their challenges but he kept at it until the job was finished. I really appreciated his professionalism and will definitely hire again.

After having 3 other plumbing companies tell me that my main sewer line needed replaced because their snake (small 2" cutter) was unable to clear the roots and there was a dip in the sewer line causing slow flow, I hired Allen Home Services to come out for one more try. Quotes came in to replace the sewer line at about 8 grand. Using the correct 4" snake cutting head, ALLEN HOME SERVICES were able to clear all the roots and were able to show the entire drain was in excellent condition. Total price was $120. Trust is the single most important factor in who to hire, especially when so much is on the line. Allen Home Services have gained my trust and respect. Thank you.

I was connected with this company, and the person who made the appointment was very friendly and made the process incredibly easy. On the day of the appointment, the electrician reached out to me because they had completed their previous job early and wanted to know if they could come a bit early. I asked them to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage, and they were able to provide me with an estimate free of charge, and the price they quoted me was significantly lower than the previous estimate I had received from another company. The work was completed in about two hours, and both of the electricians were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them to others and will gladly use them again in the future!

This company is outstanding in customer service and also in making repairs! The power went out in only 2 rooms of my home for no known reason. Within 48 hours Scott and his partner were at my home assessing the issue. It was not a simple fix, but they discovered the problem and fixed it for a very fair price. Edgar with Allen Home Services was excellent! He provide timely communication, was very knowledgeable, & professional. He worked into the dark to clear out my sump drain line, but saw that a couple areas needed a smaller tool in order to clear the remaining sediment. He then scheduled himself to come back the next day to address the pesky areas. My sump drain line is now clear, & he even provided me with maintenance tips to help keep that drain line clear in the future. I would definitely recommend Allen Home Services to anyone with similar problems, & would especially recommend Edgar!
