The electrical technician they sent out, Bradley. Was very professional. He identified the issue very quickly and made the repair. I understand the cost being somewhat higher due to the emergency nature of my issue. I do not mind paying a little extra for fast service.

Kruger did a wonderful job and was very communicative about everything he did. I would rate them higher but when they didnâ t show up on time, I waited two hours to hear from someone, called with no luck . They finally called back after I texted to let me know he was on the way. If they had just called and said weâ re running late I would have appreciated that. They were quick to call to get my business but not during.
