Description of Work: CALLED ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. FIRST TIME FOR AC WORK. UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, BUT BILLED FOR SERVICE CALL. SECOND TIME, CALLED FOR HEATING PROBLEM, AGAIN UNABLE TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. BILLED AGAIN.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY HONEST IN WHAT WORK HAD TO BE DONE. HE WAS PROMPT. HE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WERE COMING. HE DIDNT SMOKE OR GIVE HIM A HARD TIME. THEY DIDNT MIND HIM WATCHING HOW IT WAS DONE.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THERE WERE SOME UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS WITH THE HUMIDIFIER AND THEY REALLY STAYED ON TOP OF THE PROBLEM. VERY IMPRESSIVE. THE OWNER DOES A LOT OF THE WORK HIMSELF. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC WITH THE HUMIDIFIER. HE WAS NEVER TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW FURNACE. HE SIMPLY GAVE THE OPTIONS AND LET ME DECIDE.

Description of Work: MY HOT WATER HEATER BROKE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. AEROTECH CAME OUT ANYWAY AND STAYED WELL INTO THE EVENING TO INSTALL AND NEW WATER HEATER.
