Description of Work: Re-screened Front Door Screen and tried to re-screen back patio door. Completed the front door, but did not fix the patio door screen. They claimed that it was an unusual type door and was afraid that they would break the door if they attempted to re-screen it. So, I picked up the two doors and paid them for the one door, and everyone was happy.

 + -1 moreA TRACTOR WAS PURCHASED AS A GIFT FOR ME IN THIS STORE. SOON AFTER RECEIVING THE TRACTOR, I BEGAN HAVING TROUBLE STARTING IT. THE TRACTOR IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR TWO YEARS, SO I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE FOR THE REPAIR. THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH CONFIRMED THE TRACTOR WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND "THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE." AFTER A LONG DELAY, I CALLED AND THEY SAID THE DELAY WAS TO BE EXPECTED. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE STORE SAYING THE TRACTOR WAS FIXED AND THE CHARGE WOULD BE $88.18. AFTER DISCUSSING THE WARRANTY, HE AGREED TO REDUCE THE BILL BY $30 AND I RELUCTANTLY PAID IT. SINCE THEN, THE TRACTOR HAS BEEN USED TWICE, AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I WANT MY $58.18 BACK AND I WILL BRING IT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO BE REPAIRED. I CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE ANY LONGER, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR SEND LETTERS AS PROMISED.
