Description of Work: Pool winterizing and closing, including purchased chemicals and some accessories I had lost. They have never failed to show on time and be done in short order. This year they went the extra step to replace items (plugs, etc) that I had lost and failed to even put out for them..they had the parts, used them, and added them to my bill. We have a long enough professional relationship that he knew I'd likely be unavailable if he called and that'd I'd prefer he pre-OK the adds, vs having a delay in their closing. Always attentive to customer needs.

Description of Work: Opened pool for the season, minor repairs

Description of Work: We were in an emergency situation, and could not get our previous company scheduled to fix the leaks in our pool to respond. A friend recommended ABC Pools, and they arrived within 40 minutes of my call. The owner walked me through what was causing the pool problem (a structure crack in our foundation). He checked on our situation a few days later, and returned to do a follow up job. In that amount of time, he researched a more permanent solution to our ongoing pool leaks. We were so impressed — and grateful — we hired him to handle our pool closing this fall, too.
