Tom is extremely easy to work with and very thorough. He is also not afraid to get his hands dirty, as he went through the crawlspace on his belly and found some very serious issues that we would not have otherwise known about. Some home inspectors would have made no effort to enter the crawlspace because of the limited access and how small of a space it is. He is extremely fair in his pricing, especially for how thorough he is. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I am extremely glad I found 20-20 Inspection services! I have had Tom inspect several properties for me. Tom is extremely professional, takes a lot of good photos, and his reports are not only thorough but also easy to read. He is very polite, and takes a lot of time to explain his findings after he does the inspection. I will keep using Tom to inspect other properties in the future.

Tom was extremely thorough and spent time talking with us about the different aspects of the house. Since the house is quite old, we were concerned about many things but he took the time to walk through everything with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. He was on time, communicated very effectively, had the report emailed to us by the next day and included digital pictures. He was worth every penny and we still feel that we had an excellent value for our money! I hope that we won't need another inspection anytime soon since we really want this house but if we do, we'll be calling Tom Dietz!!
