I had to negotiate a price ahead of time and the problem was I didn't push the reset button on a GFI all the way in. They reduced the price from 147.75 to 140.00. Hard lesson. Take a flathead screwdriver and press firmly, the reset button, until it goes all the way in and clicks. Cool guys, though.

The team was very good reading the instructions of my previous purchased products to ensure proper installation. Responsive to my tight timeline and flexible to my request. Project was clearly defined with NO surprises in scope change or $$$. Great guys to work with.

The specific project was actually exposed wiring that we discovered outside where the previous owner had a hot tub. The response time from my initial request was within minutes and an appointment was set. Randy is very kind and does of great job of explaining. He did a fantastic job and we now have peace of mind! He got his price out of a book and i agreed because he said it could be a lot of work so it seemed like a good price. Ended up i had only hooked the oulet up wrong. He hooked it up the correct way. Used my oulet and i paid $150. I learned a lesson.
