He arrived on time and after reviewing replacing areas of subfloor that had gone soft, gave me an estimate. I felt it was reasonable and he began working. Glory Electric recommended a configuration to permanently solve my problem that others did not. Randy arranged for and scheduled all required permits, inspections and electric service disconnect / reconnect. The completed job looks very professional and neat.

Timely response to initial contact. Easy to speak with, friendly and courteous. Work was completed promptly, and according to my desires. Billing was fair within industry standards, but as a homeowner who does a lot of his own work the cost got my attention, but it always does when contracting work out. Again it seemed fair and above board. Costs were itemized per aspect of the entire job, and I was able to easily add or delete certain pieces while seeing clearly what these adjustments would do to the overall cost. I really appreciated that.
