Description of Work: Called and spoke to an older gentleman and explained we had a leak in a spa pump motor. We discussed the situation at length and he said he would get with his partners, who are also his relatives, and someone would get back with me. It has been nearly a month now, and I have received no communication from the company. After a week, we found another company to do the job.

Description of Work: I called him for service. He returned my call and was supposed to call me back to schedule an appt.to fix my hot tub. He never did. He was too busy servicing his existing customers. My hot tub was fixed by Walnut Ridge within 2 weeks. We have enjoyed the tub and would never recommend GECKLER POOLS AND SPAS

+ -1 moreThe pool service guy was very helpful. He is a good guy. He first gave us an estimate on getting the pool back on service. He told us what we needed to do. He worked with us in order to help us save money. He let us do what work we needed to do and he took care of the work that we couldn?t do. I would use his services in the future too.

Description of Work: I got his name off the list and called to have him close my pool for the winter and fix a few places where the liner was coming loose. He said he no longer works in KY, but went out of his way to find a good, reputable pool man to help me. He did exactly what he said he would. Very nice, very professional. I SO wish he lived in KY!!!!!

+ -1 moreDieter Geckler (owner) was very cordial and professional in discussing the problem and scheduling the appointment. The crew called to confirm appointment time, arrived as scheduled, and were very professional while they re-inserted liner (without having to drain water from pool). Price was very reasonable for the great service!
