Description of Work: Purchased 2 scoops loads of red mulch from Earth First for my landscape. The red faded somewhat quick. The mulch itself was good quality and Earth First has always been a good company to purchase from. They may need to work on the color quality of their mulch. I would still purchase from them for future projects.

 + -1 moreVery satisfied with the mulch provided at Earth First. We decided to pick up the mulch over delivery and that was great for me. I like to learn and am hands on. The staff took the time to explain the benefits of different mulch types so I could pick the grade that would best suit my yard project. The prices were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll use them again this coming spring.
Description of Work: We purchased mulch from Earth First for our summer yard project. They also helped us with choosing the right mulch.

Description of Work: I went to go get a load of black lava rock, the loader operator gave me a scoop and it looked as if it was a bit full of dirt. I was charged for a thousand pounds. When I got home I unloaded the "rock" by shovel and would estimate that 400 pounds of the load was black dirt. I find it hard to believe that that was just ground up lava rock from transport I think they mix the dirt in for weight.

Description of Work: I order 3 yards of top soil and compost from them. They delivered it for us. They were the least expensive.

 + -1 moreIT WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY BROUGHT WHAT I ORDERED. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. I DON'T REALLY KNOW HOW THE PRICE COMPARES WITH OTHER PLACES, BUT I HAVE TO IMAGINE IT'S PRETTY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY HAULED A DUMP TRUCK LOAD OF DIRT FOR ME, WHERE I HAD DIRT REMOVED FOR A POOL.
