Brian came out and looked things over and informed me that my system was not yet at the point it needed replacing. I have had 2 other companies tell me I needed to replace everything because of the age of the units and needing refrigerant approx once a year. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I ended up having just regular maintenance performed and replacement of the original thermostat, which was 26 years old. This in itself actually resolved one of the issues I had been having. Brian and his technician were both very professional and knowledgeable. It is rare to find a service company that operates on a theory of honesty and integrity these days, but here is one. I would most definitely recommend Allegiance to anyone, and will call on them again for any HVAC service that I need done.

They listen to your concerns and try to work with you to give you what you want. They always work with you to make sure you are satisfied. They will call and remind you about inspections on the unit. They do a great job at looking at everything. They work around your schedule when getting an appointment.

He was very thorough with his work and it looked like he has been doing this for a while. We had some other guys come in before, but he found what those other guys didn't. And he told us straight what it was. They don't come here to do things halfway, it was a full service evaluation of our furnace. He did such a thorough job. I am planning to use them in the next six months.
