While he replaced the washer valve I went out and purchased another shower fixture that he then installed. The bathtub fixture had to be ordered and the tech was able to return the day after the fixture arrived and installed that. He did not charge a service charge for return trip. I have used Isley in the past for other plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.
