Ryan Cook is very professional and the work was done the right way the first time. He is very precise and he expects excellence in the work that his people do. We call him up and he is always on site either at the beginning and the end of the job or at the end of the job as we agreed to have someone else come do the estimate. He usually does estimates himself, and then he would usually stop by during the first part of the job and he will definitely be through there after they finish because he wants to make sure it was done to his liking.

The crew was actually not supposed to come out for 2 weeks but Wryan called with an opening. We agreed to have the work done the day after it was scheduled. The crew was on time courteous and fast. At the end of the day the entire area was combed for nails and debris. There were a few items that required additional materials a smaller crew from the same group of people showed up the next morning and finished up. Upon their completion Wryan came to survey the work his team did himself. When he found things he didn't like he had the crew chief come back and fix them to his satisfaction. Wryan was extremely professional and showed true concern for the quality of work he provides. I will be using them again for guttering later this year as well.

Before starting actual work, the contractor informed us the company that mfg. the shingles currently on our house had a judgement entered against them. He helped us file a claim against manufacturer and we received a substantial check which helped with the cost. Workers showed up on time with required supplies and equipment. They worked until 7:30PM or 8:30PM all 3 days. Workers used extreme care in protecting the landscaping. They cleaned up debris at the end of each day. They were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job putting on the new roof. Owner made sure we were completely satisfied with quality of work and cleanup. Job was completed in three days.

We found a water stain on a bedroom celing after a recent storm. Arnie Cook Roofing came right away and assessed the roof for the potenial source of leaking. They came back the following day and repaired the caulk around the roof vents and a loose shingle. Was very happy with their service. Would call them again.

The price was way too high. It was actually double than what another company gave me. They keep calling me, which I have told them to stop.

Arnie and his entire crew were very professional. We received several estimates from roofers throughout Lafayette and Arnie's estimate was in the middle - with ranges from $5000 to $11,000. Arnie took the time to answer all our questions and explain how the process would work, how long it would take, and the best way to work with our insurance company. He also came out and met with our adjuster to explain why the entire roof needed replacement. Arnie is very ethical in his approach to business. He was up front in showing us why the entire roof needed replacement (as opposed to our neighbors who he told didn't need it all replaced and worked with them to fix their issues) and suggesting better ways to vent the attic and make the vent pipes look more attractive. His team was also very professional and kept their job site very clean. There was a person dedicated to picking up shingles and nails the entire time. They took care in not disturbing our bushes and kept us informed daily of their progress. I would definitely use Arnie Cooper Roofing again and suggest him to anyone needing Roof work done.
