Description of Work: They cancelled the first cleaning because they were "running behind". The second cleaning was a no call no show. When I emailed the owner to inform them I would no longer require their services and why, I received no apology or response.

Description of Work: She comes to clean our house about once every two weeks. She is outstanding. A great person and a great job done. She is one of the few cleaning people that actually does a walk-through of the house and does an estimate with a flat rate. She is on time, reliable, and very fair with her prices. I would give her an A+ without hesitation.
