As I had to coordinate this work while out of state. Neil was easy to communicate with. Always responded in a timely manner. Job done well. Site cleaned up as if they were not there.

Of course on a roof, how does the home owner know for sure if their roof needs the wood replaced or any other thing up there they can not see. Neil did not take advantage of that and even put new flashing up for the same quoted price without additional fees. They did a great job!!

Neil’s crew replaced my roof in about half the time as others. Materials were as specified by me and the contractor was courteous and organized. They did the tear-off and replacement of 18 squares in about 7 hours on a 9 in 12 pitch roof. They do 6 nails per shingle. Cleanup was thorough. I’m very happy with Neil and would recommend him for anyone’s roofing needs.

Neil was awesome to work with. He went thru all the products required for the job and where they would be applied. His crew was top notch and in many ways went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I am so pleased at the outcome. Signed the contract on Tuesday, the materials were delivered on Thursday and the crew started the roof on Friday- finished on Saturday and did an amazing job with the clean up of the property. I seriously cannot say enough to promote NLC - you won't be sorry!
