+ -1 moreIt went great. The support person asked a few questions to narrow down the issues and we were able to work to gether to get to the solution. Started with a phone call and ended with a newer updated cable box. ETC is always very easy to work with and helpful.
Description of Work: I thought I was having trouble with my cable box or my remote, or even my tv. Seems the cable box we were using needed updated. It was quick, easy and no hassle.
