Description of Work: Had trouble with a French door that was sticking real bad, making it extremely difficult to open. I was not sure what the problem was. I called We Care Home Repair, left a message and got a return call from Roland with in a few hours. Roland was able to come out that same day when I got off work. Within a few minutes, he immediately found that the problem was with the door latch not operating properly. He went a bought me a new latch and installed it, all within an hour and a half. His fee was very reasonable. While he was out, He also took measurements for a new deck that I am wanting built and sent me message with the estimate. I could not have been more pleased and will definitely call him again for future work.

Description of Work: Mr. Kaufman gave us an estimate. Then showed up at the exact time promised, completed all work in a very satisfactory fashion. He was clean, courteous, had all tools and supplies needed for the work planned. This is the second time he has helped us and we have already referred him to others. We will gladly call him again for further help.

Description of Work: Roland put in a custom tile shower for us. The result was beautiful. It was done in the specified quoted time. Roland followed up with us a week later and came back out to fix a minor issue. A+ service.
