Roland called before the arrival time to let us know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. I had purchased the bars and installation materials at Lowe's the night before and was set to go. He started in the second bathroom which needed just a single bar so he could get the placement and angles right. We worked with my Mom to have her transfer and sit as she normally would so have everything correctly measured and placed. He did that installation beautifully and then transferred the measurements to the other bath. He also added a grab bar at the shower and had some helpful ideas as to how to set that up for optimum use. All workmanship was 'measure twice, cut once' and looks great. He also moved a towel bar out of the way at no charge and patched the wall. We held off on installing one of the other bars at this time until we get further advice from the OT/PTs working with my Mom. Roland offered to come back at a later date at no charge to complete that installation. First rate work and a really nice guy as well. My Mom doesn't hear or move well and he was very kind and patient in working with her as well. Very highly recommend!

Roland helped me with my dryer connection and I appreciated his work very much. He sent me a text message to let me know he was on his way, and did a thorough job in getting my dryer connected as it should be (and even better than it was connected originally!). Roland responded to my email very quickly and was able to fit me in when it was convenient to me. He arrived on time. I had already purchased the door that needed to be installed. He took the old one away so I wouldn't have to deal with disposing of it. He worked very quickly which saved me money from his original estimate. He seemed genuinely concerned about how much money I was spending which made me very happy. I was very satisfied with his worlk and would use him again.

Roland was very friendly and gave me the sense he was not happy with the job at hand until I was. He was able to come to my home sooner than expected which is always an advantage. I use him quite often. He is very neat and very punctual. If he says he is going to be here at a certain time, he will be here. If something happens that he can't be on time, he will call and let you know. Whenever I have little jobs to be done, he is the one I call.

Selling our home and needed to get estimates on several items found during inspection. We had limited time to give the buyer a response and though he was very busy Roland made the time to come out and give an estimate hours after I called him. He was very personable and had good suggestions. His price sounded good and he was able to schedule the work for just a couple of business days later. He texted before he came and showed up on time. He did great work and it was nice talking to him. He charged less than the estimate in the end and had even done a few extra things. We will definitely be calling him for anything we need at the new house and wish we would have found him earlier.

Roland did an outstanding job. Starting with the bid process through to completion he was professional, accommodating, meticulous, and hard working. I bid the job with 5 providers, and Roland's and another provider were equally competitive. Roland was able to start my deck immediately, and I was impressed with his reviews. He showed up promptly, and worked a full day. The tear out of the old deck was back breaking work, but Roland, essentially working alone, completed that portion of the job in 2 days. Because the old deck had privacy screening that was attached to the house, and acted as a fence for my dogs, Roland worked with me to contain the dogs at night. He volunteered to bring some wire fencing he used in his garden, and each night would set up a temporary fence to ensure my dogs would not get out and I wouldn't be inconvenienced by having to walk them before bed time. When he removed the privacy fencing from the house he discovered rotten boards, and replaced those. He built a beautiful high quality deck. We collaborated on the privacy fencing design, and Roland was so easy to work with. He even placed the dirt from excavation in low spots in my yard, graded it, and seeded it! When the job was completed he cleaned the area very thoroughly. I am so pleased with my new deck, and that I have found a handyman that is dependable, reasonable, and does high quality work. You can't go wrong hiring him...you won't be disappointed!

Due to the excellent job this company has provided in the past, I contacted Roland again for an estimate. After I revised my request several times "We Care Home Repair" gave an reasonable estimate. Work was started and completed promptly. After utilizing this company for the past two years I would not hesitate to call again. It was a real pleasure and we excellant results with many compliments.

It was very professional with the way he approached the job. I am very happy with the work that he has done.

They did a very good job. They came in and did some minor repairs in the place. They were very prompt and they were very neat. We knew upfront what we were going to pay them and there was nothing extra that was charged to the cost of it. They were just very helpful and offered to do things that I didn’t need to have done. In fact there are a few things I am going to call them back for again.

Roland provided estimates and services in a professional manner. He was always punctual, courteous and helpful. I was moving and plan to use his services in my new home.

He came out on the day I called. He promptly provided an estimate. He kept me apprised as to when the materials were to arrive. He came out and completed the work agreed upon. He called afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. He was very professional in everything he did. We were very pleased with the work done and will call him again.

I don’t remember how much I spent on the service. He seems very conscientious. He always explains what he’s doing. He does a good job and he’s reasonably priced. I think I got a good deal on the price. I will use his services again in the future.

The gentleman was very nice. I had him lay the tile with the motor in reaching the grout between the tiles so it looks like real tiles. In this way, it won't break when I drop things in my bathroom. He had not done it before but he did it for me. Even when he came up against some unexpected delays as in the case of flooring where you won't know unless you ripped it off, he fixed it and did it all beautifully. He made it seem worth. The work was beautiful. He was very good.

Roland did a great job. He is very honest and reliable. He even offered to come out and hook up the hose for me! He did a great job at a fair price. We were very pleased with the quality of his work, his professional demeanor, and his caring attitude. Roland is trustworthy and very much a man of his word. We Care is an appropriate name for his service, because it is quite obvious that he does take his work and his reputation seriously. We will definitely use him for projects in the future, and have already discussed some projects to be scheduled at a later date. Roland is willing to tackle any job for which he feels qualified, from the most minor to a major remodeling project, but does not hesitate to tell you if a task does not fall within the scope of his experience and qualifications. He does not use his clients as guinea pigs to learn new skills, and that speaks again to his trustworthiness and integrity. We will most definitely use his services in the future and recommend him most highly. We would have given an A+++ rating if that were possible!

Roland promptly came out and looked at our problems and gave us an estimate for 5 total chores and some guidance of what to look for in doors to purchase. Shortly there after he came out and installed the side door, repaired roof/soffit water damage around the chimney, painted the exposed wood and soffit, and replaced a dozen or so shingles. Roland was patient and kept in contact while we waited almost 4 weeks for the customized patio door to arrive. When that door arrived he was out the next day to repair the joist and floor by the back door and install the new door complete with inside trim and outside brick mold. He also painted the brick mold that day and cleaned up. The next day he was out to apply the finish to the inside of the door and its trim and replace the floor tiles that were necessarilly damaged while fixing the floor. Overall I have to say that Roland takes his business/job seriously and does what he says he will do. That is exhibited in his promptness, thoroughness of completing all necessary tasks fo finish the job, ability to take on those unexpected problems, and doing a good final cleaning up. The next time I have something that needs done I will call Roland first.

He is very reliable and trustworthy! He also has fair prices.

Friends of ours (members of Angie's List) selected Roland after researching member satisfaction for the type of work they required. Their's was an extensive remodel and when we saw the end result we were very impressed with Roland's work and asked for Roland's contact information. We contacted Roland and he arrived promptly at the time requested. We showed Roland the areas we wanted to update and he was very helpful in suggesting the the brand name of flooring, the square footage of flooring needed, and the brands of the other items that we needed to purchase for the job based on his experience of their durability and reliability, giving us an estimate on the spot for his services. Roland assured us that for our project we would have his undivided attention until the completion and Roland delivered. Roland called and confirmed the night before that he would arrive the next morning at the time agreed upon to start the remodeling as he did for the duration of the project. Roland is very quality orientated, taking pride in his work. There was one phase of the project that I noticed needed slight adjustments. I showed it to my wife, which she relayed to Roland the following morning. When I returned home that evening Roland had everything adjusted to my satisfaction. We are very pleased with the quality, perfection, and pride that Roland puts into his craft and will not hesitate in contacting Roland for our future projects.

From the time of the estimate to the completion of the job, Roland was punctual. very business like and professional in his work. He listened, and did everything I asked him to do, and even more. I enjoyed talking with him. As a former teacher teacher my grade for Roland is A+.
