Everything was done in a timely manner. Roland is very trustworthy and cleaned up after himself. Roland is very professional, accommodating. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I e-mailed several companies regarding the work I needed done. We Care called me that week and let me know that they had too many jobs at the moment and that they weren't able to help me. However, they said if I wasn't able to find another company to assist me, I should call them back and they'd try to squeeze me in. I appreciated that kind offer and will consider them in the future.

It went very well working with him. This was the first time I had used his services and I was pleased with the work. He cleaned up well when he was done with the job he was doing.

Roland gave us exceptional service. Due to a break in winter weather, he ended up replacing our three doors on a Sunday in January. He arrived early and spent the whole day replacing doors, working until dark and only stopping to eat a sandwich! All three doors work perfectly and look great. He did an exceptional job for a very fair price considering that he worked on a Sunday to get the doors installed before the next winter storm arrived. He deserves the highest rating I can give. I will definitely use him again for remodeling and repairs.

I waited until May to start calling to get work done, which is a very busy time for most handymen. Roland got back with me shortly after I called, explained that he was busy but would try to fit me in within the next few weeks. I called three people in total. The other two both said they were too busy. Roland was the only person that was willing to work us into his schedule. He performed a portion of the work about three weeks after we first spoke and did the remaining work within the next week or two. He was very accommodating and friendly. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work. I thought his prices were more than fair. I have been charged a lot more to do similar work in the past.

Roland was very responsive and eager to start the work right away. He had good suggestions for the access area in the office; be satisfied with results.

Mr. Kaufman had done some outside plumbing for me in 7/07 and I was so pleased I hired him again to do the inside plumbing. I contacted Mr. Kaufman via email and he got back to me that same day. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what his experience was with this type of job, he gave me an estimate (which was what I was charged), and we agreed to setup a time. He had a cancellation, called me immediately, and the job was completed the next day. His appearance is always neat and he does not leave a mess when he is done. He comes prepared with the tools and parts he will need to get the job done. He is very knowledgeable about home repair/building and I always get a lot of helpful information from him. I have no doubt we will be doing business again in the future.

Roland was great to work with! He came the same day I called him for an estimate. He also came on a weekend to meet with my husband, and he was always here when he said he would be. Our floors look incredible, and we did it for a lot less than other companies were estimating. He also gave us a detailed invoice to submit to our insurance company, so we were reimbursed for the work.

While disappointed that the leak wasn't fixed on the initial visit I feel that he did his best to correct the problem, and that it did appear to be fixed. He came back as soon as he could, and he brought the necessary connections, which he didn't charge me for. He did charge me another house call fee of $30.00, but I think that was fair since the problem was not in his work, but in the condition of the connection hoses.

He ordered and installed a storm door. Also painted the front door, replaced grout in the shower, changed the sensor in our yard light, checked out the reason for a ceiling leak and repaired the drywall damage and repaired a leak around on the masonry fireplace. Roland returned our calls very promptly. He called us and arrived when he said he would. His work was very neat and very well done. We've already scheduled with him to paint a large bathroom. We're telling everyone one we know how pleased we are! It's our first experience with Angie's List and couldn't be more pleased!

We are extremely happy with the quality and how quick he was able to come in and transform our master bath. We highly recommend his work!

It went extremely smoothly. He saved us the delivery fee from the home improvement store as we had no way to get the door home. He did a very thorough job and was very clean during the process. We thought the entire threshold needed to be replaced but Roland was very honest and told us it was not necessary-how refreshing.

I called Mr Kaufman on a Friday to see about repairing the leaking outside faucet. He called back that day and setup a time on Saturday to come out to our house. Once at our home he repaired the outside faucet. It was cold and the snow around our water shut off had to be removed. After he repaired the outside faucet, he fixed the shower faucet. Roland then plowed the snow off our driveway with his truck.

I can't begin to tell you how great it is working with Roland. He is a gem. When he says he's going to be there at 8:30 he is there at 8:30, takes a very short lunch and works until 4:30. He is very honest and very dependable and he's work is immaculate. The bathroom project took a few weeks because we were waiting for supplies to come and once they did I called Roland and he always either answered the phone or returned my call very quickly to set up a time to finish the work. I also appreciate how he cleans as he goes and once he is done the bathroom was clean and everything in its place. I highly recommend him!

I met Roland about 1 1/2 years ago when he was working in my neighborhood @ a neighbors. I walked over & introduced myself & told him about a few things I would like to have done on my house. It was the best thing I could have ever done. Since that time, Roland has done many home improvements on my house & property. I have also given him numerous referrals (as a testament to his excellent work, fairness, & trustworthiness). The wraparound deck ( & attached benches ) he did for me this summer turned out incredible, and he did it in just under 4 consecutive days! I got a few estimates prior to his, & they were all double the amount that he charged. My neighbors could not believe the size & quality of the workmanship for the price. Many neighbors commented about how much more they paid when they used someone else, & it wasn't anywhere near as large or involved. Many neighbors have since hired him for various projects such as decks, fences, & various home repairs both.
