Technician On time, found problem in carburetor quickly and repaired it. The engine was tuned and it has started like it was new since. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased a mower from Superior Mower recently. The owner, John, was very transparent through the sale process. He wasn't pushy and genuinely seemed interested in me getting the best deal. He even admitted his prices weren't the lowest but he would take care of his customers. (I did some shopping around and his prices were competitive for the mower I was buying) I purchased a mower and ran into an issue a week after I picked it up. I'm pretty mechanical and it was an issue from the factory I wouldn't have found. His crew was very apologetic, spent the time to get it right, and even delivered it back to me since I was unable to pick it back up. I don't foresee having any more issues but I am confident they will take care of me if I do.

Well, got it back quickly and performing fine.

It would seem to me that anyone who has a product costing that much, a total of $2639 including tax, would want to keep the goodwill of the customer. The attitude of the owner (to whom I was speaking) was that I now hold the lawn more and anything else he did would cost money even though it should be under warranty. During the course of our conversation he seems to imply that I may have taken the wheel off myself and then put it on incorrectly. He asked me at the end of our conversation what I wanted to do. That should be obvious to even the slowest businessperson. I ended the conversation by saying, "Nothing." Because I was exasperated with both the business and the product, Husqvarna.
