SERVICEMASTER CLEAN BY FENTZ

Frederick came at close to midnight after an attempted break-in damaged the front door of our house. He was able to secure the door temporarily. He completed the temporary fix quickly.

Frederick and Aaron were courteous and on time. They cleaned my den twice because it was so dirty. I have never had carpets cleaned this well before. They scrubbed my stairs and parts of the den before they even started to clean. Frederick even scrubbed the fringe on the hallway rugs. I have twelve year old carpets that look almost brand new. I definitely will call them the next time I need my carpets cleaned. And I paid much less for this than the other services I have used in the past. A definite A+.

THEY RETURNED PHONE CALLS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BOTH TIMES I CALLED THEM(WITHIN 5 MINUTES). INITIALLY HAD A GLITCH ON SCHEDULING...DIDN'T COME WHEN I EXPECTED THEM. I FEEL LIKE THAT WAS JUST AN ODDBALL OCCURRENCE. WE RESCHEDULED AND THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CHARGED 25.00 LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE.

HE IS VERY FAST IN RESPONDING, AND GETTING BACK WITH ME, ALSO VERY HONEST, AND WON'T CHARGE FOR SERVICES THAT AREN'T NEEDED. WE'VE USED HIM BEFORE, AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I CALLED THEM AND HE WAS REAL BUSY AND HE EXPLAINED HE WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE ANY MORE PEOPLE. HE DID EXPLAIN A COUPLE THINGS I COULD DO LIKE REMOVE THE CARPET AND RUN A FAN. HE SAID I COULD CALL HIM IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND SEE IF HE COULD FIT ME ON THE LIST. I CALLED HIM LATER ON AND HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT AND GIVE A FREE ESTIMATE. HE NOT ONLY LOOKED AROUND FOR THE DAMAGE ON THE INSIDE, BUT ALSO THE OUTSIDE. HE GAVE SUGGESTIONS TO HELP WITH THE DRAINAGE. THE SERVICE REALLY IMPRESSED ME. HE REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP OUT AND MAKE SOME EXTRA SUGGESTIONS DURING A VERY BUSY PERIOD FOR HIS LINE OF WORK.
