Indy Home Design Center is a great place to get ideas and samples for home redecorating / remodeling. We found a hardwood product with multiple plank sizes which we just loved and couldn't find anywhere else for our home. Genta, the owner, recommended Rob Wright Custom Flooring for the installation job. Rob and his crew are first class and very professional. They did a great job removing our old floors and installing the new. We are extremely happy with the end results.

Rob & his crew did an excellent job installing engineered hardwood, removing some old carpet & last of the tile. They built areas previously under carpet up to match floors which were formerly porcelain tile. Punctual. Accurate estimate & scope of work. Friendly crew. Good job. Finished on schedule.

I’ve used Rob before for laminate flooring installation. Our home’s floors are a mixture of original vinyl (utility room), tile (both bathrooms), and three different kinds of laminate. We had a half wall separating our kitchen removed by another contractor. Then Rob removed all but the bathroom tile and installed new vinyl. It runs the same direction throughout the house and only utilizes transition strips at the bathroom doors Rob is very easy to deal with. He’s really laid back, very polite, knows how to talk to people, and keeps the customer satisfied. He’s been doing this a long time and knows how to get good results. Rob usually starts to work after 9am, getting his kids off th school before work. He works steadily as long as it takes to get the job done in the scheduled time. I’m not sure if he smokes, never saw him. His helper smokes but goes to his truck to do so. They played music during the day but it wasn’t objectionable. We specifically talked about what people like and don’t like. I will certainly call Rob again should I need his help and will definitely recommend him to others.

I was referred to Rob by a neighbor. Rob responded to my several questions which I had before scheduling him. I was scheduled for the work in a short period of time. Much of our communication was by text. He actually did the install on a weekend with his helper. They were reasonably quiet except for tool noises - saw, air pump, nail gun. Cleaned up so there was pretty much no evidence of them being here except for some sawdust outside. I bought all the laminate, moisture barrier, baseboard and 1/4 round myself and painted the molding, he just did all the work. I also had most of the room contents removed before installation. Rob and helper moved my king bed and large armoire to one side of the master bedroom and worked in the cleared area. Then they moved that furniture onto the laminate and did the rest of the room. That was done at no charge to me. Old carpet and baseboards were removed and hauled away. Moisture barrier and laminate was installed and packaging as well as scrap was hauled away. Pricing was by sq ft of floor area including removal and haul away. Baseboard install was priced per linear foot. I will definitely recommend Rob whenever I can.
