He tore out the back porch ceiling, he let the insulation and dirt fall everywhere and didn't cover it up. He left without cleaning any of the debris up.

Both teams were good and professional. Anytime I called they were pretty responsive. The first batch was defective as the tabs would not seal. The costs were as expected with no surprises. The work comes with a 2-year labor warranty and the shingles come with a 25-year warranty. Working with Ron was a good experience. The clean-up by the teams was pretty good.

Overall, they did a good job and were here when promised. They completed the work quicky. I asked for leaf-less gutters and they provided gutters that were all one piece. Insurance was involved with paying for the service. Clean-up could have been a little better as I am still finding nails. My daughter had to have a patch on her tire just yesterday due to one of the nails.

Their responsiveness was very good. Ron was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.

They handled everything with the adjustor for our insurance company. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Ron was great to work with. We had no issues with the quality of their work. They also worked around my scheduling and pricing with them was very good. Their estimate was the best our of several we received. I love my roof and their clean-up was perfect. They are the only company I would use.

They did an excellent job. They are very personable. Talk to you just like friends, and they were always there to make sure everything went through without a hitch. Just all around great people! I have and will recommend them to others.

They did excellent work. I am typically very picky and I am very satisfied with the finished result. I didn?t have to do anything. They worked with the insurance companies on my behalf. They are a very good company to work with.

The process went great. We had researched many companies and are very happy we went with R&M . We had pipes break in our upstairs bathroom and it flooded everything, we didn't think our home would ever look the same. Now it even looks better then what it did before. The representative came out immediately. Within in 2 hours of the call they had a bunch of equipment here cleaning and drying out the mess. They helped us with dealing with our insurance, they even met with our adjuster to make sure everything was covered. After that job went smoothly they were there on time and when they promised, they also kept us very informed during the whole process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They did a good job. Nothing stood out except that the first time they came out and worked with the fence post, it wasn't right. They came back and reset everything this time. It was really good job. Instead of trying to patch it, they took it up and replaced it. We were happy with the post. When they say they would come, they showed up.

The crew arrived punctually, worked efficiently, were complete with the task in a timely manner. They also did an outstanding job of clean up afterwords removing all trash and debris. All of the work looks great and is fully functional, I have had no issues thus far and would highly recommend their services to any others.

R.M. Construction crew came out and did an excellent job removing the old shingles and decking. They were very Professional and polite.When they finished they cleaned everything up.and my roof looks great..Didn't find any trash as I walked around my house..Great Job..Would highly Recommend..Larry

We had a fire to our home on 8/18/2014 .Thankfully no one was hurt, but our home was severally damaged and deemed unlivable. I contacted R&M that same night , they came over immediately . The next morning they assisted with contacting my insurance company . They started right away with temp repairs to prevent further damages. The insurance adjuster came out the same day , R&M assisted with the entire inspection making the process as painless as possible for us under the circumstance . After getting the approval to move forward , they began to tear out damaged walls and flooring and began to dry out several areas of my home. They cleaned and packed all of our personal items and took record of and disposed of any items that were non repairable requesting that we be compensated . My family is now living in a hotel as the build back process begins .It's exciting to see progress and choose new materials and colors and to know that we will be back home soon . I know we are in good hands with Ron, Jessica, and their company . I will keep you posted !

The contractor and R&M had have a a disagreement and now I lien is on my property and they have filed a lawsuit against me. The issue was betwwen R&M and his contractor. I tried to expalin that I never signed a contract with R&M. The owner didnt care, was very threatening. I am caught in the middle of this and will be spending thousands in legal fees. Stay away from this company!

I contacted them about redoing my bathroom. The person they sent was more interested in my roof, Justin Wilkerson gave me an estimate on roof and called my ins. State Farm denied claim, bent my gutters, Justin swore he would fight for a new roof from all the hail damage. I called the office x3 . No roof, no RM const, no bathroom est. These guys are ambulance chasers, I called him once and he was storm chasing looking for more customers. Liars, and con-artist preying on storm victims.

It was not good at all. I wasn't happy with them at all. They didn't do what they told me they were going to do and they never did complete the job. They got every dime out of the insurance company that they could possibly get. There were just a few little things that they promised me they would come back and do and they didn't do it after they go the money and I never heard from them again.

Material on job on time,Repairs done well and in timely manner. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly, Representives for RM Construction were very helpful and knowledgable!

Very pleased with R&M Construction. They took care of the insurance company and all I had to do was pay the deductible. Everything was cleaned up & finished in a timely manner! Thank You R&M Construction .

After having R & M replace my roof in June of 2009 I came home to find some shingles missing from my roof after the latest wind storm. I contacted them at 5:40p.m. on Friday 3/14/14. Not only did they call call me back immediately they sent someone out that night to tarp my roof to prevent further damage. They explained to me that they expected it to be covered under the manufacturers warranty and that they would get back to me after looking at the damage. On 3/18/14 I can home and noticed the tarp was gone and my shingles had been replaced. I immediately called R&M to find that there was indeed no charge for this service as it was indeed covered under the shingle manufacturer's warranty. I feel like I should mention again: I had not spoken to this company for over 5 years! Thank you Thank you Thank you Andrew N.

The roof was torn off, cleaned up and replaced within 4 days. Gutters & downspouts were replaced after roof installation with no issues.

Our rep, Chris, was awesome! He was very informative and easy to talk to. He walked us through the claims process with our insurance provider, met with the adjusters while I was at work, and basically gave us a voice. When dealing with a national insurance company, you quickly realize they just see you as a number, but Chris from R & M did an AWESOME job at representing us, and in doing so, made sure that our insurance company covered what they were supposed to cover. He fought for a total roof replacement, and got it for us! Honestly, I don't think I could've done that on my own.

Materials was delivered as they promised. Next morning at 6am, we could hear work proceeding over our heads as we lay awake in our bedroom. Upon going out and talking to a polite crew (6), we could see work was progressing at a rapid pace. They stripped two layers of old shingles and threw them in their dumpster trailer as they progressed. They seemed to work in pairs, and it just about looked like an assembly line up on the roof. Knowing a little about roofing, for I put that last roof on myself, I could see this crew was doing an outstanding job. At 3:15PM that afternoon, the crew had roofed both structures, had cleaned everything up as though they had never been there, and was setting under a shade tree eating oranges and sipping water. And adding it was a scorcher of a day. Guttering and downspouts went in about an hour, as did the window casings. All quality materials., Did I have any problems, No...Would I recommend them to my friends and neighbors, in a heartbeat..........A family operated business with good intensions and relations. We are extremely happy with the finished results.

The crew was awesome. They removed and hauled away the old roof and installed new shingles and skylights. The crew was very pleasant and polite. No loud music or chatter. They cleaned up all the debris and trash and ran a magnet over the entire area to ensure that every nail and other metal pieces was picked up. All and all we are very happy about our experience with R&M Construction.

He did a professional job, and he didn't let them miss anything. I even had a small mistake; I accidentally over paid them $300. That same night, they called back, and told me the check was in the mail. I was already pleased with the service that they gave me. They honesty just made it even better.

They did a good job and replaced powered roof vent i provided at no cost; assisted with insurance company paper work (big help), in and out quick and followed up when job was done.

I have settled with the insurance company and they sent the check to the mortage company. The mortage company requires a written estimate and R&M refueses to provide one and says they will do it for what the insurance pays. They want me to give them the insurance paper work and I feel it's none of their business and just need to quote the job. This slate mate has been going on since mid May. I got a call from the R & M owner today and demands I meet with him and get this project going. I told him I didn't know what I wanted to do yet and would contact them later on once I decided. He said he was going to put a lein on my house because he has over $1000 invested in time and material already. He also said I only had 90 days to get the repairs done. This group has been very pushy and rude. I don't like their threatening attitudes. Some of my neigbhors have had their roofing done by them already and sem to be please but I'm not sure I really want to use them with the adverse relationship they have created bewteen us by his bullying tachics.
