They sprayed it down. They were very professional and did it for the price we were quoted.

Our insurance covered the cost. They did an excellent job. They came and looked at it beforehand and told us what we needed to have done. They completed the work in a timely fashion. It doesn't look like anything happened. They were very nice.

Everett was here to clean up. He was on time, cooperative, knowledgeable, and was very professional. His personality helped make us feel at ease with a difficult situation.

It went very well. They were very quick and when we were actually at the house, they were all very polite. I would definitely recommend them and whatever the need, I would definitely use them again.

I was amazed at the urgency with which the company addressed the remediation problem. The service technician was prompt, neat, and professional in every respect. He helped identify the leak which was the source of the water from the clogged sewer. The company will provide a detailed report to my insurance company to document the extent of the damage. I do not yet have the amount charged. I will be responsible only for the amount of the deductible on my insurance policy.

[NOTE: my deductible was $500; my insurance company paid about $1,500-2,000 for the remainder of this claim.] PuroClean (Greenfield) was recommended by my insurance company as one of their preferred service providers.Very friendly staff, including owner, promptly came. However, after waiting several days for them to return to sanitize and finish cleaning the floor so I could replace items, I contacted my insurance adjuster who said PuroClean was finished after "returning and working on Sunday", and that PuroClean had already been paid. They had NOT "returned and worked" whatsoever, thus I demanded that my adjuster be present when PuroClean came back to actually complete the job they had begun but not completed. They had totally lied about returning and finishing the job, even stating specific hours for "work performed" that Sunday which was was impossible since we were attending church services and they would not have had access to the house. I should have checked with others who have used this company - I would have known this is their typical manner of operation and not used them.

I was pleased and it was good. They recommended that I get an mold testing from a company and I had them do the mold removal work.

They were knowledgeable and described the process for me. They said they could go back and give me a detailed quote if I wanted, but I just wanted a ballpark number on what it would take to get the job done. The part they did do was beyond expectations. The price was higher than what I wanted to pay so I decided to have the work done elsewhere, but they definitely knew what they were doing.

I called Puroclean on the recommendation of a friend who knows Jeff Rush. When I called, the phone was answered by a gentleman who seemed somewhat out of sorts. He transferred me to Blaine who scheduled a time to come out and see the issue. Blaine came out and checked things out and said he needed to have Justin, the mold expert, come take a look to give me an accurate quote. Blaine texted my contact information to Justin right away. I never heard from Justin and contacted Blaine the next day asking when I would hear from Justin. Justin called within a few minutes to schedule an appointment. He mentioned he had a job the next morning (Wednesday) but would come out after that. It seemed to me that would be in the morning, but it wasn't until 2pm that I heard from Justin. In person, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and I indicated I would like for Puroclean to perfrom the work. He said he would call me when he got back to the office to schedule the work. On Friday, I still hadn't heard back. I called Justin's cell number and left a message, then called the office and asked the receptionist to schedule an appointment. She said she needed to have Justin schedule the appointment and would pass along another message for me. I didn't hear anything back. Finally, on Monday Blaine called to schedule a time to come out and do the work. The work itself was done promptly and they cleaned everything up nicely. It was just difficult communicating with the guys who would do the work.

There was a faulty dehumidifier that drained water all over a finished area of my basement for several days. The company responsible for the dehumidifier called PuroClean to deal with the water damage. The work went very well. PuroClean showed up on a Monday morning to deal with the emergency and we were very pleased with the work they did for us.The carpet had to be pulled up to dry and the floor underneath took longer to dry out. They checked the progress daily and kept the dryers going until the job was complete. The carpet looks great and there is no residual damage to our floors or carpet thanks to their efforts.

They were fantastic! The professionalism, sensitivity, sympathy & understanding to the situation were all great. I would give them straight A's. If something were to come up, god forbid, then I would definitely use them again.
