+ -1 moreI CONTACTED MID-SOUTH SUPPLY FOR AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING OUR GAS GRILL GRATES BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET THEM CLEAN. THE GENTLEMAN PROVIDED THE MANUFACTURERS LIST PRICES, WHICH WERE VERY HIGH (OVER $200). HE SUGGESTED PLACING THE GRATES IN THE OVEN AND SETTING IT TO SELF-CLEAN. IT WORKED. ALTHOUGH THE BUSINESS DIDN'T 'MAKE A SALE', THEY PROVIDED A SERVICE AND WE WILL REMEMBER THEM FOR FUTURE NEEDS. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK WITH A QUOTE LATER THAT DAY AND HE DID NOT. INSTEAD, I HAD TO CALL BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO OBTAIN IT.
