KINDLE PAINTING

Todd was very thorough. His attention to detail is outstanding.

Todd Kindle and his crew went out of their way to accommodate every request and need we had during this project. They were all MOST polite and professional. In fact, they made it seem fun and genuinely enjoy their work. Most impressive to me was the care to every detail of the job. The EXTENSIVE caulking was AMAZING! Not a crack was missed. They happily put up with our misc requests to change colors midstream. Their only concern was our happiness once the job was completed. That seems to be Todd's motto and he lives it. He and his crew absolutely go to the extreme to make the customer happy. We could not be happier with the final results. The house looks brand new! Todd even painted our lattice work under our deck and porch at no additional charge as it was not included in the original quote we had him write up. His motivation was to have the house look it's best once completed and was concerned that it would not be 100% without the lattice painted. What a winner!!!

Contractor asked to return to correct surfaces not covered satisfactorily. Surfaces of different colors not consistently delineated by straight lines. Painters tape not used. Attitude of supervisor abrupt and condescending.

HE SEEMED NICE ENOUGH, BUT HE QUOTED ME AT $6,400 WHICH WAS WAY TOO HIGH. I RECEIVED ANOTHER QUOTE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY WHICH WAS MUCH MORE REASONABLE ($2,000), AND FOR THIS REASON I DID NOT CHOOSE TO GO WITH KINDLE.

TODD KINDLE GOT REFERRED TO US BY QUERY HOME IMPROVEMENTS. HE CAME, ON TIME, TO SEE THE HOUSE, AND SENT US THE QUOTE PRETTY FAST. THEY CAME OUT TO PAINT A SAMPLE AREA AT THE HOUSE, SO THAT WE COULD DECIDE IF WE LIKE THE PAINT. HIS TEAM PERFORMED THE WORK EXTREMELY WELL AND FAST. WE HAVE A LOT OF PLANTS CLOSE TO THE SIDING, AND THEY REALLY PAID ATTENTION TO THEM, TO NOT DESTROY ANYTHING. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, AND GOT, SOMETIMES, VERY CREATIVE TO KEEP THE OVERALL LOOK CONSISTENT. WE'RE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM, HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE DOES WELL WITH HIGH END HOMES.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT A FAIR PRICE. TODD IS VERY RELIABLE AND MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT. HE AND HIS SUBS ARE ALL VERY POLITE AND DO GOOD WORK.
