Jennifer the owner is very nice and tried to stay on top of things, the employees are the issue. Poor work practicesand ethics, one guy walked off the job after being asked to replace transition stripes, that I had communicated with the owner about the evening before. Had to wait 2 days to get carpet finished and the new employees replaced the battered transition stripes without issue. My husband did have to go around the house and point out area's on the rug that needed fixing and then had to ask the worker a few more times to go back to make sure everything was covered. Overall carpet was installed to my satisfaction but it was a lot of headaches on our part, and to be fair on the owners part too. It's hard to get good workers!

Very good experience. Tile layer, Thomas, is an expert craftsman and an artist. He offered good suggestions for the layout. Communication was excellent with all parties. Would definitely hire again.

It was very good! They did a good job, good price and I am very happy with them.

Jennifer's team did a great job! They ripped up the old flooring, leveled the floor as best they could (there's one segment that just cannot be leveled and we knew that ahead of time). After laying down the new floor they happened to fix an issue we had with the front door as well (the previous owners had built the floor up so high the door was scraping the ground each time you opened it - now it has the proper clearance as it was originally intended.) The team that did the work spent an inordinate amount of time making sure all the little details were correct such as making the seam nearly impossible to find (unless you happen to know where it is before hand.) They certainly did not cut any corners with the installation and it looks about 90 times better than it did before they did the work. I've got JDP in my speed dialer for the next time I need flooring.
