When I first called for an estimate they came out a couple of days later and took measurements. They called back a few days later with an estimate. I thought about for about a month. When I called them back they ordered the glass and a week later they called and came right out and installed them. It took a couple hours to replace the glass in 4 windows. They are very professional. I could not recommend them more highly.

Greenfield glass & mirror come out to the house to give me an estimate to replace a broken window in my kitchen. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole window but they saved me a lot of money by only replacing the piece of glass that was broken. Thank you!!!! Work was done FAST & CLEAN!!!

I called for a quote over the phone and the man I spoke with was very helpful. After I got another quote from another company, I had them to come to the house to look at the window and get the exact measurements. I was told an estimated time they would arrive. The man called first and was able to come early. About an hour later, I received a call with the exact estimate. It was $28 higher than the first estimate. They said it would take about a week to get the glass in after they ordered it. Since it was near Christmas, my husband had a week off work and they said they would be able to install the window during this week. We had a snowstorm the week the window was to be installed and they were able to do it just as promised. They came early and it didn't take long at all. I would use them again. I got a quote from another company and it was comparable. I am glad that I was able to use a local company.

We requested a quote to replace 3 windows due to broken seals. The windows were not removable, so they had to measure and install on-site. Quote seemed a bit high, but I did not get other quotes due to the urgency and my satisfaction with this vendor in the past. They were very professional, courteous, and prompt. I was very happy at how quick the process was from start to finish. There was a misunderstanding where the price was re-quoted much higher after the original agreement. When I questioned the reason, they stuck with the original quote. Overall - A

THE WORK WAS WELL DONE, BUT THE LABOR SEEMED VERY HIGH, AS THEY WERE ONLY 15 MINUTES WITH $200 LABOR COSTS.

I GOT TWO ESTIMATES. BOTH WERE THE SAME. I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE IN HANCOCK COUNTY. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. I WILL CERTAINLY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SIMPLY REPLACE THE INSERT THAT WAS BROKEN, BUT THEY COULDN'T DO AN EXACT MATCH (THE GLASS WAS COLORED). ALSO, THEY HAVE TO SEND OUT ANY BEVELING PROJECTS, SO I REPLACED ALL FOUR INSERTS WITH PLAIN (NON-BEVELED) CLEAR GLASS. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN MAKING SUGGESTIONS TO FIT MY BUDGET.

PRICES WERE BEST AND ABLE TO MAKE REPLACEMENT MIRROR FASTER THAN COMPETITORS. WHEN I CALLED, THE WOMAN WAS POLITE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. THE MIRROR LOOKS JUST FINE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND DID VERY NEAT WORK. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM.
