Everclear Water Conditioning

Rick is a one man show so time available is sometimes a little tricky. But he has always come through for us and we will continue to use him for water conditioning service.

We initially called after regular working hours when we realized we had no water. He gave us an idea of what the problem most likely was and told us he would come by but that it would be a couple days. It was about three days later when he came out with a replacement water softener. It was needed rather than repair (our old softener was about 17 years old) and it would have been a costly repair. He did a great installation - had to go through the house and clear all the water lines. He was very polite, and professional. We were disappointed at how long it took, but it was okay. We would hire him again.

I thought he was very honest with me. He did a general service for me. He replaced the filter beads in the water softner. He was very promt and explained everything to me and I felt very good about it.

We had a water softener that never worked well. We contacted Everclear and they installed a double tank softener and we have used it for years. It only had a problem once and it was fixed right away.

They have completely taken care of it. They have been excellent with their response with any problems we have had. At one point they even replaced it. Their service has been excellent and I haven't had any problems.

They were phenomenal. I had a couple questions afterwards and the owner was right on it and responded quickly. He was very personable. I would definitely use them again.

They have done pretty good. They seem to be courteous and efficient in their work.

The service has been good. When there have been request after the purchase, they have still been great.

Rick was wonderful. They system performed as he said it would, and he went over everything with me and answered my questions thoroughly. He was courteous and prompt, and did a great job. Their prices were the lowest of the estimates I received, and the service was excellent. He even took away the old water system. I was very happy with them and would certainly use them again.

Rick removed the old softener and Brine tank and installed the new one. He also installed a new RO system. We didn't have one previously. He had to get in the crawl space to run a new line to the kitchen sink. We had a problem with the RO system and he came back the next day to check it. He thought he had it taken care of-went home, thought about it and decided it had a bad valve. This was before we even had a chance to let the system "do its thing." He called and said he would be back the next day to replace the valve just to be sure it works likes it's supposed to. Rick took over the business from a previous owner and his service has always been super.

He replaced it with a rebuilt softener and did a job good at a fair price.

Rick responded to my request for an estimate immediately. There was no 2 hour demo and hard-sell tactic when he arrived; just the facts. I decided to have Rick install the softener and reverse osmosis drinking filter. He was able to install on a Saturday, before leaving for his family vacation, since he knew I was anxious to have soft water and manageable hair again!! Rick was very pleasant, diligent and not forceful or overbearing in any way. I was very impressed with his demeanor as well as the products he installed. A good product sells itself. Rick had forgotten to bring me extra salt, so he gave me a discount in addition to the reasonable estimate.

I emailed Rick letting him know that I had hard water because the softener had been disconnected (to fix water heater). He emailed me back w/suggestions. I tried his suggestions, but the water remained hard. Rick came out the next day and explained everything in detail after he serviced the softener. Now I understand what I need to do in case the softener is unhooked again. Everclear is the only co. I call for my water needs.

Awesome. He was referred to us and then we used the list to double check! He was better than advertised. Very professional, very courteous. Excellent work/cleanup. WE LOVE OUR WATER NOW! We just did a complete remodel on our kitchen and downstairs bath both with black ceramic sinks and the hard water was already (less than a month) becoming an issue. Not anymore!

This was an excellent experience. He came and looked at the job and gave an estimate. The following day he showed up on time, and completed all agreed on work within the time prescribed, with exceptional craftsmanship. Then he took away the old unit. I would recommend this company to anyone who need service or replacement of water conditioning equipment.

Rick is a 100% great person! Work performed is top notch, always answers the phone politely and is always quick to respond to our needs. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

EXTREMELY GOOD SERVICE. RICK TOOK OVER THE BUSINESS OF SOMEONE I HAD USED FOR YEARS AND PROVED TO BE EVERY BIT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RELIABLE. HE WAS ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY.

PRICE IS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO RENTAL UNITS. PURCHASE PRICE WAS STILL MUCH CHEAPER THAN I HAD ALREADY PAID. I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY PUT FILTERS IN FOR US. RICK DOES A GREAT JOB. HE COMES WHEN YOU CALL HIM AND HES A CLEAN CUT GUY. HE EVEN LET ME PAY HIM IN 3 INSTALLMENTS.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY IS SMALL, BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED.

RICK DOES FIRST CLASS WORK IN THE PLUMBING, WATER SOFTENER/WATER HEATER ARENA. VERY HONEST AND FAIR WITH PRICING.

RICK IS A GREAT GUY AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK,HAS DONE 12 DOZEN JOBS FOR ME IN THE PAST YEAR, NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT WORK!

TOP QUALITY WORK AT REASONABLE RATES. EXTREME AMOUNT OF INTEGRITY. WILL BE DOING FUTURE PROJECTS.
