I met Dave Williams through another family member. Dave explained to me about possible difficulties with the old plumbing in my house, but suggested trying to replace the valve stems first. Dave was able to purchase valve stems for my old plumbing at a supply store and was able to install them after some additional work. Dave only charged me for parts at this visit.

In a single word, WOW! Chad has customer service perfected. I was told Chad & his crew would be at my house about 8:15-8:30. I figured being a contractor, that meant about 8:45 I'd get a call that he was running late. Wrong! At 8:15, I received a call from Chad explaining he was in the neighborhood, but couldn't find my house. I guided him into our community. After a brief explanation of what he was going to do, he estimated it would take about 3 hours to complete. At 11:15, Chad called and said the work was completed. I showed up to inspect the work and it was flawless. He even replaced an entire segment of the drain line ''just to be sure'' it could handle the new demand. My new house looked like they had never even been there. Later that evening, Chad calls me up again to see when he can come by and do a quality inspection to make sure everything was still perfect. The word to describe my experience that keeps coming to mind is still ''WOW!''
