Cornerstone Marble & Granite

We had a great experience! Matt was always quick to get back to us and the install went smooth without delay.

I got four estimates for the kitchen counter granite replacement and Mr. Wadman (the owner) was the only one of the four who came to the house to measure my kitchen. His price was not the very cheapest but was within $300 of the cheapest. He suggested that since I needed 73 sq.ft. of granite and it comes in pieces that are about 50 sq.ft. each, the extra that I would have already paid for could be made into a bath countertop for nothing extra and I would just pay for the sink to be undermounted. Also, it turns out that Cornerstone Granite does not charge extra for most special edges (that other places want to charge much more to put on). We went out to their location in Greenfield to choose the exact granite we wanted and saw the undermount sinks that would be installed too. There was about 2 weeks between the careful measurement and the finished granite countertops. They tore out the laminate countertops and installed the new granite ones all in one day. They arranged for the plumber to come out the next day after installation to replumb the new faucets and garbage disposal. They were very profession and did a fast, efficient job. The result looks very good. And we are very satisfied with the work that was done by Cornerstone.

They were the best price I could find. They measured on one day and came back out two weeks later. Everything fit wonderfully and I am extremely happy with their work. My kitchen looks beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Measurements and expectations sent by project manager at Fentress Builders. We picked out granite after owners helped. Very friendly and knowledgable. Template was made by Cornerstone a few days later. Two weeks later the countertops and sinks were in. Beautiful and matched to perfection!

The experience was very stressful. I had to make multiple trips to pick out the Granite and the fact that the company was in Greenfield was inconvenient. I used this company on the recommendation of my decorator. I chose a granite for my kitchen and laundry room and pd. 1/2 and scheduled installation. The installation occurred and the island top had been cut too small. There was a bit of a discussion on this and Cornerstone did correct their error. I then decided to replace the granite and sinks in my master bath and guest bath. I made trips again to Greenfield to pick out the Granite. When I arrived to pick out the Guest Bath granite the Cornerstone rep showed me first what my decorator had recommended. I did not like it as it was too harsh/dark for my room. We then moved to a different batch of granite and I picked a soft muted grey granite that complimented my new wallpaper (I had it with me) to match the appropriate granite to it. After making the choice we went back into the store and chatted for quite awhile. I didn't get written verification of the name of the Granite I had picked out and left trusting that the Cornerstone rep marked the correct Granite and not the one that my decorator chose. Several weeks went by and the installers arrived (today). I was in and out and came home after the installers were gone. I paid them in full for the job early in the day because I couldn't stay home. I saw my guest bathroom and gasped as I knew that the incorrect Granite had been installed. I called the Cornerstone rep and sent her a picture but she insisted that she had marked the correct slab of Granite and that the granite that was installed in my guest room was the one I picked out. It is not. I am extremely disappointed and my guest bath either needs to have different Granite installed or I am going to have to redo the wallpaper. I feel as though Cornerstone should have realized the error and corrected the mistake. I also, after looking at my master bath counter realized that I am going to have to have an electrician come and reset the outlet, which was not discussed when the template for the counter was made.

On time, on budget, well below comparable quotes. They brought extra crew out to help with the island slab, which too six men to bring into the house and set. One section was cut short, fortunately they were able to obtain more granite from the same lot, cut a new piece and brought it out within less thana a week. Sealed and caulked all surfaces, cleaned up all debris, removed old counter and advised on how to care for the new top. Excellent work, crew was all very friendly and accomodating and worked hard. Clearly knew what they were doing. Cutouts were perfect.

Excellent, skilled business and workers. Good advice on getting a complimentary black island to and quot;groundand quot; the fluidity of the more rare pattern we picked for the rest of the kitchen. Came on-site to design each piece, including we wanted curved spots on certain spots to avoid rectangular result, and our beverage island was completely custom shaped. Then went to their premises to help lay the pattern around the whole kitchen based on the colors/patterns of selected slabs. Result is a beautiful, polished/sealed granite that requires no upkeep and love it every moment. The only reason I gave a couple and quot;Band quot; grades is that Angel is very busy and hard to catch or get calls returned so you have to be persistent. Also, I asked several times that they keep all leftover granite and it tooks months of calls (by me as well as our contractor) to and quot;findand quot; it after some was purportedly lost. I will use them again for this leftover granite and any other projects but just know I have to be proactive in the communications. However, Angel and the installation crew were so highly competent and skilled that it was worth those minor deficiencies to have the best product and result.

Experience went well. Quote was received. However, decided to go with another company for service.

We had a good experience with them. They came out and measured and explained everything to us. We went out and picked out the granite and the tile. They were just good. We had a few issues afterwards and they came right back out and fixed them. They definitely made everything right and it was a good experience. Their price was average. We will use their services again in the future.

Our contractor put us in connection with Cornerstone.... they did the granite work. Perfect job.

The work went well. They are a smaller company. They I think can respond more to their customer. I would use their services again in the future.

The employees were on time and did a good job with the installation. I was impressed with their honesty. There was an issue during the installation. They pointed out the issue, and had the owner of the company on site to make the repairs to my satisfaction.

Owner stayed late to help us after work pick out our new tops and sink. Made arrangements to get the template made within a couple of days, had the countertop installed within 2 weeks of selection. Their installation help made the job look professional. Overall very satisfied.

The work is great. They did followup adjustments at no charge which I thought was really neat.

Everything went fine. I would make sure when you go over your contract that you are both clear on where you want a granite backsplash and where you don't want one. They nicely made me a cutting board / place to put a hot pot etc to set on my counter. Didn't know they were going to do that. It is very nice. I also realized I could raise the level of my TV on the cabinet it was sitting on by adding granite in that location and they came to measure and then made the granite and set it on that corner counter for a reasonable price using a piece left from my granite counter tops. It raised the TV level and made that area tie in more. Nice honest people to work with.

It was very good and the people were very nice. They used a piece of the scrap to make us a cutting board to match the countertops. We got several estimates and their's was the lowest.

We went to this company first, then to two other companies. We did choose this company for the work. They had a good price, and we had references from other people who used them. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and never misled what they said they would do. Completed the project as promised and in the time frame quoted. Would highly recommend this company!

Cornerstone came to my house to give me an estimate to replace my Formica counter tops with granite. Mathew was very nice and provided excellent examples of the products that we considered. I was impressed with Corner Stones follow up and communication. I also thought the quote price was competitive.

Matt (owner) came out, and personally did the work on granite they did not install. I tried to get marbles unique to get a quote on doing the work the receptnist was snippy and told me to do it my self (they installed all the granite in my house) I also called and they wouldn't consider doing it because they didn't do the work initially.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with Cornerstone Marble and Granite. From our initial visit to pick out the granite to receiving the finished product was great. The quality, craftmanship, and customer service is excellent!!! They are a locally owned business with a great sense of loyalty to their customers, which these days is hard to find. Our new granite makes our new bathroom beautiful!!!

They are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are professional, cleanly and the project was smooth from start to finish. We dealt strictly with the owner, he took us in his car to pick out the granite and he also installed it.
