Circle City Copperworks

After sending pictures and dimensions of the tops I was called back (promptly) and informed that my "job" was not "high-end" enough for them to take on. The person I spoke to said they would not undertake that kind of job as it diminishes their stature they are only doing "big dollar jobs". I find it hard to believe that this could not be accomplished and easily by this company.. I am proud of the hard work that has allowed my wife and I to own a home with a value north of $400k. I found this companies statement offensive and belittling. I guess I can call them back when my job and home is up to their standards? Or not..

The project went very well. From the start, Brandon and Matt were helpful and professional. Not only did they work with me to discover the best design for my needs and budget, but they also invited me out to the CCC shop to see it and discuss the project in detail. I received samples of the different finishes too. The hood they built is very solid and heavy. Not only did they supply the fan but they built it seamlessly into the hood as well. When the contractor at my house had questions about installing the venting, Matt was available to discuss it with him and ensure the installation later would go smoothly, which it did. I am so glad that CCC is under this new ownership and feel comfortable recommending their services to anyone in need of a high-quality design and product.
