I appreciate how Chad worked with the painter I hired to do the trim. He came out three days in a row just to take off a section of gutters just in case it rained so that my flowerbeds wouldn’t get ruined. Overall, really nice people who did a professional job. I’m very happy and I recommend calling them if you need a new roof.

We unfortunately live in an area that has been frequently hit by hail storms. Two of these storms (about tens years apart) were severe enough to have done significant roof and gutter damage. Chad has replaced the roof and gutters on both occasions. Chad works well with the insurance adjusters and claims processing when needed. Chad's crew were very neat (as much as possible with shingle removal) and their cleanup was outstanding. Remarkably, I saw no landscaping damage. Chad came highly recommended by another Greenfield contractor I have used and for whom I have great respect. I have recommended Chad to other family members (3 of which also were hit by the most recent storm) who have had nothing but great things to say about Chad and his company.

I called the owner Chad, he returned my call the same day and came out that evening to give me an estimate. He was professional yet friendly. He gave me the estimate which we agreed on and it was the final price of the job to the penny. He also replaced a couple of rotting boards on the roof of our deck that I had asked him to replace without additional charge. The roof was replaced in 1 day and looks great. He also suggested we replace our skylights which were here when we bought our home, but were flimsy and cheap. I decided to replace them and am very glad I did. They look great and give us more light than before. Over all I am very pleased with the job that Carlton Construction did and have and will continue to recommended him to others.

The service was very excellent. They didn't add on anything to the price. They came when they were supposed to. When they started the work, they had everything here. They finished it in about two days, which was expected as it to be that long. They were very attentive to details about coming in the house and looking at the piping & things to go through the roof and making sure everything was correct. I thought they were excellent. They provide excellent service and I am satisfied with the job. The price was a fair price.

Chad was very professional in all of our dealings. He was prompt in returning calls/emails and also in responding to insurance company requests. The work his company completed was spot on, and other than the completed work ,of course, we could hardly tell his crews were there. I'm actually basing this response off of two separate jobs. After he completed the first job, which was repairing hail damage, our home was hit again within two weeks. The second time around was just as smooth as the first. I would definitely recommend his services to others.
