Description of Work: We called up Bradford Builders to get an estimate for remodeling our kitchen. They were very prompt to answer and sent someone out quite quickly (a couple of days) to measure and go over things with us. THe estimator was on time and very professional. He went over specifics with us on what we wanted and time lines. Unfortunately, we NEVER received an actual estimate from them. They did call back SEVERAL weeks later stating they were busy but didnt forget about us. It has now been about 2 months without anything. Obviously we moved on from them given this poor communication and inability to get us an estimate. I understand if you are busy but be honest and dont keep taking estimates. Their loss as we went with another company to complete our kitchen remodel.
