Bedwell Construction not only worked tirelessly to find a price that worked for my budget, but then proceeded to go above and beyond anything I'd ever expect. Every homeowner should be lucky enough to have this team take care of their homes. You're in very caring and skilled hands when you hire bedwell.

They did a great job staying onto of the project to replace my French doors. They even went above and beyond to address issues they found during installation They didn't sign up to fix.

They did a great job installing a skylight and doing some custom trim work for my windows. Highly recommend.

We needed a new door installed in our house. Mike was very responsive to questions. He and his crew were very professional. When order the new door, Mike if thorough. He double checked what we wanted before putting in the final order and suggested some things that we had forgotten/didnâ t think about. Final product turned out exactly as we wanted. Mike and team performed a walk through and made sure we were satisfied before they completed the job. We got the door installed sooner that we anticipated. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I received a call from Mike Bedwell stating he loved doing crown mold work and we made an appointment for the estimate. He came to the house and quoted a price, telling us he would give us the cash price (if we weren't the IRS) or we could have a different price if paying by check. We agreed to a cash price of $3000. for all the molding installation and painting it as well. The material was delivered to our home and on inspecting it, we didn't think it was the right crown to match our existing crown in the home. I called Mr. Bedwell and stated such and he said that he didn't even look at what he ordered and they must have sent the wrong thing. I was not happy with that situation, expressed that to Mr. Bedwell, and told him I didn't want him to do the job. He said he would come and get the material when he could. He came the Monday after the material had been delivered, spoke with my husband assured us it was the right crown molding, and begged us to complete the job, stating that he did not want to get a negative review on Angi. We agreed to proceed. He showed up two days later with 3 workers and explained that while he was a trim carpenter he could no longer get on a ladder and that his main employee had been hand trained by him to install crown molding. They also did not have all the equipment needed to cut the crown molding and had to go to Home Depot to purchase it before starting work. Mr. Bedwell stayed for approximately one hour and left stating he had a problem with a door in his residence and could not stay to see the work completed. My husband was there while the work was going on and had to complain and correct the quality of work several times, so basically my husband was the work supervisor. By the day's end, it had become clear that the work was subpar as one person was doing the cutting and installing and two others were slathering caulk all over the defects. We had painters starting to paint the next day and rather than have them paint and create another mess, my husband told them we would get our painters to do the rest of the work on the crown molding. Mr. Bedwell said the price for the finished product was $3000. ( I had asked him to do crown in another bedroom only, and increase the size of the crown from 4 to 5 inches in the LR). This price was for that total crown only and NO painting as was originally discussed. My husband was upset and complained to Mr. Bedwell about the quality of the work and the price stating that he had misrepresented his work Mr. Bedwell replied that he was "sorry we felt that way," He never offered to inspect the work and my husband paid him cash the next morning without him ever asking to see the work that was completed. This occurred Friday 7/28/24. Today the painters I had hired showed up and I requested that they add painting the crown molding onto our project. The project manager looked at it and stated it was quite a mess and would require a lot of work to make it right. He explained that the nails used were too large and had splintered the crown in many places, requiring even more caulk, he said that the caulk was too thick everywhere, to hide the poor quality of work, and he was unable to hand sand it down, as should be the case. There is a lot of caulk on the ceiling as well and will require additional painting that we had not initially contracted to do. We do have pictures to document the poor quality of the installation. Overall it will require much additional work from the painters to make it acceptable. My husband notified Mr. Bedwell this am of the poor quality of work. Mr. Bedwell said he would "like to come and make it right for us", which my husband refused due to Mr. Bedwell's misrepresentation and poor quality of work to date. My husband sent Mr. Bedwell ...
