Great! We noticed our water heater was leaking and called for a new one. This led to a small line of plumbing issues that was the houses fault not Bedell Plumbing's. We got a new water heater and they did a great job but we had no water pressure in our shower. It turns out that turning off the water and turning it back on and thrown too much sediment into the shower head. Thus, they did a great job installing a new shower head that we love. We have turned the water off before when we travel but this must have been the final straw. We also have a water sensor in our sump pump that was 8 years old. It turns out it was on it's last legs and wouldn't try out but was replaced with a much nicer new model that we like much better. Then we still couldn't get a really hot shower as the weather got cooler and it turned out we had to much calcium build up on the valve to the shower. We actually should have done this 3 years ago and now we know better. Due to some other calcium build up we replaced the shower valve and all 3 bathroom sinks. Bedell Plumbing did an amazing job troubleshooting all this and hopefully we won't have any more plumbing issues for a while now. It was time for a water tune-up!!!!

Jay was able to come look at the water heater and toilet the day I called. I showed him that the water heater was in a very low crawl space and located behind our water softener, salt tank, and well pressure tank and next to the furnace. He estimated the cost of moving out all of the equipment to then be able to access the water heater, the cost of the water heater replacement, and the major rebuild of the toilet tank components. They thought they would be able to get the correct hot water heater by the next day but it did take an additional day to acquire it because it was an odd size. They offered to reduce my bill because of the delay! Rachel and Rodney did a great job on the installation and repairs. They explained what they were going to do and helped me turn off the correct circuits and the water. They moved the water softener, salt tank, and well pressure tank out of the way, replaced the water heater, and put everything back in place. Then Rachel repaired the leaking toilet. By then we had running hot water again. They worked very hard and cleaned up everything. We were very pleased with their work.

Man showed up and looked at the project. He promised me an estimate by this morning. Nobody is answering the phone and I don't have an estimate yet.

We called them out the first time for a problem with our washing machine, turns out the hot and cold faucets were switched. We had them out again for the addition of a main shut-off in the house, and the owner himself came out to help. While they were here we also had the outside faucet replaced, garbage disposal replaced and washing machine faucets replaced. Our technician, Mitch C, was awesome, very personable yet professional. The price for everything they did was amazing. While they were doing the work, they found the toilet had disconnected from the sewer and was dumping human waste onto our return duct. They re-connected the toilet and recommended the heating and air division of their company. While I recommend the plumbing, their heating and air division was terrible.

We have used Bedell in the past and as always we are very pleased with their service. Their responsiveness and price for the job was excellent. We called about our 19 year old water heater, that had gone out, on Sunday evening. They picked up on the 2nd ring and within 15 minutes had quoted a price and assured us they would be out on Tuesday morning at 8:00am. They were here promptly at 8 and we were up and running within 3 hours even with them having to do a pipe repair. They are truly the best in the business.

Mitch and Rachel came out and evaluated the situation. They freed the clog. They used a camera. Here for 4 hours. Cleaned up everything. I've used them before. Did a great job this time too. Highly recommend. Very fair, courteous and, professional.

A water leak began dripping water from upstairs bath into the kitchen bulkhead above kitchen cabinets. I discovered it when water began dripping on kitchen counter from kitchen cabinet. Bedell came out and confirmed how soft the drywall was above the cabinet and cut a hold large enough to confirm not one, but two drips from two different pipes concealed in the bulkhead. I was able to place containers to catch the water and begin drying the area. They returned two days later and replace the pipe and connections where needed. Although they had to cut a larger hole in the wall to work, they were cautious to avoid damaging custom paintings I have on the bulkhead. They were pleasant, worked quickly and answered all my questions.

Extremely well. Wanted a company that would install a Rheem water heater. Most other companies only carried Bradford/White, which I did not want. I got a new Rheem Marathon 50 gallon water heater. The technician was very neat, respectful of property, quick and efficient. Bill answered any questions we had and instructed us on how to flush the water heater. My husband and I were very impressed with Bedell Blumbing. They were also very helpful over the phone during our decision making process in choosing this product.

Don't pay them until they finish their work or that will be the last you hear from them! We contracted Bedell to replace a portion of our sewer line. They replaced the pipe but did not back fill the excavation to grade as per the contract. After replacing the plumbing their workman came to the door and said they had finished! Like an idiot, I payed them in full and off they went. Later I found that they only partially filled the excavation and did not fill to grade as per their contract. I contacted Todd to inform him and he acted very indifferent to the situation. I told him I could send him a photo of how the workmen left their work and he stated "I know what a hole looks like!" and that was the last I heard from them! All of the fill dirt was removed so I had to purchase 35 bags of fill dirt to finish the backfill ourselves! Just beware when dealing with this company!

The pump was replaced late in 2017, and worked properly until just recently. We had an unexpected issue with the electrical system when a capacitor failed. Mr. Bedell handled the repair issues expeditiously, and was kind enough to send a repair tech to our home while we were away (the pump is outside). Kudos!

Very well. The plumber fixed my disposal and taught me some simple solutions for future problems so that I might avoid having to call them again.

I have never had any issues with them. Everything about them is super good. Anybody that uses them will be very well pleased!

1st, the tech didn't show at the time he was scheduled. They never called me and when I called the office, I was told they didn't plan to be short a person that day and he would be out later. The tech worked on it and couldn't get it unplugged. He then inspected my crawlspace and said the pipes needed to be replaced. He said the office would call me the next day and give me an estimate. He said it would be at least $500. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL! I contacted ARS plumbing and the tech had it unclogged in about 20 minutes.

One of our toilets had broken during the evening and was leaking water from the tank and constantly refilling. Due to the age of the toilet we decided to replace it with a low flow toilet and ended up doing all 3 toilets. We also got the high rise toilets too. We have worked with Bedell Plumbing for over 20 years and the work went very well with courteous and friendly plumbers who know what they are doing. We also replaced are kitchen faucet since that was dripping and needing an update. We are really pleased with the upgrades and the water they will save. Bedell Plumbing was able to get it all done that day in a few hours and left our house looking great!

I searched Angie's List and read some reviews for different plumbing companies to get another quote. I decided to give Bedell's a call for another estimate. I explained to Jay who I believe is the owner what my issue was. He immediately sent some out and the problem was evaluated. The pop out assembly on the bathroom sink was cleaned out, a medium drain machine was ran down the tub drain and the line was tested. I was very impressed on how the work that needed to be done was explained to me. My tenant is very happy to have the tub and sink draining again. I have now added Bedell Plumbing as the company to call for any plumbing issues at all of my rental properties. They just completed another job at one of my other properties. I feel that there prices are very reasonable. The service technicians are very pleasant and explain what needs to be done very clearly. Jay is very professional and I feel is a very honest person. He hasn't tried to sell me on doing unnecessary work. I am looking forward to using his company for a long time.

There were a few hiccups with equipment but we didn't have a problem with him having to go back and get new items from his office. The actual service went without any problems.Bill was a delight! Funny, energetic down to earth guy, who was able to snake out our GIGANTIC clog in our shower so it now completely drains. I feel so much better about showering now! Thanks, Bedell!

Brian showed up early to the appointment. He was able to complete the entire job within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me or push me into buying things I did not need.

I called in regard to a problem with water draining in our utility sink. The owner was very polite said he would do his best to get someone out the same day, and he did. Bill came out to unclog a utility sink drain. He was polite, professional and worked to get the drain going again. After he left, the water in the sink drained but was still too slow. The owner when contacted over the still slow draining, was very polite and offered to have a serviceman come back and do the drain again. Bill at our request came back, again very polite and professional. Did a good job on unclogging the drain and since then the water has drained well. I appreciate the respectful way in which we were treated and would definitely use them again.
