Had pipes burst in my house due to the storm. Extreme water damage. Came out as soon as they could and completed the job in a very timely manor. Communication was a major plus as they were always a phone call away. Gary and Mike get a huge high five in my book! Thanks guys for the immediate attention to my house!

We have never had Amerestore come to our home and do any work. We heard Amerestore does top quality work and we needed our carpets cleaned so we scheduled it with Amerestore. Amerestore employees Gary Cooper and Eric Hemmerlein came to our home to clean the carpets. Both men were very polite and pleasant. Gary was the lead on the job and he removed stains that other carpet cleaning companies could not. Their process of pretreating the carpet and raking in the pretreatment I have not seen performed by any other carpet cleaner before now. The results were fantastic. My carpet looks like new! After the carpet cleaning was complete Eric thoroughly sprayed the carpet with stain protection and raked it into the carpet to protect it from future stains. I am sold on Amerestore! I will not use anyone else to clean our carpets. You might find their prices slightly higher than their competitors but the end result is fantastic and well worth the price.

Brian Slaymon was the project manager. Bobby Slaymon was the person who was onsite each day. Mike, Eric, and Zak were the employees assisting Bobby. My recommendation is primarily for Bobby. I appreciated the following; Attention. Detailed information. Punctuality. Read contract line by line. Professional attitude. Very personable. Dress code intact for the job to be done. Called in advance in route to job site to let the property owner know he was on his way. Pride in his job. I was very comfortable with the crew at our property. They cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend them highly.

Very Well. Larry showed up on time and performed the cleaning quickly and professionally. He was very pleasant and was obviously interested in doing an excellent and thorough job.

They did a fine job, except when they came back to put the baseboards back up some of them were missing. Not sure where they went since no one was in the basement since they had been there the last time. They may have broken them when removing them, but they didn't talk to me about it. They came in $250 over their estimate. I thought they were very expensive for the work they did.

I was happy with the furniture cleaning. They came out and re-did all the carpet cleaning and did an excellent job. I'm thoroughly pleased with this.

I had inherited this house and it sat vacant all spring and summer. The mold was starting to get out of hand due to the fact that the air conditioner had not run all summer. I was preparing this house for rental. Met with estimator Jeff Mckee. He explained in detail what needed to be done to neutralize and remove the mold on basement walls and floor joist. He was able to schedule his crew in a couple of days. They were very through and professional in their work. They used a peroxide cleaner and HEPA vacuum to remove the mold and a air scrubber/filter to clean the air. Over all, it was a good experience and would hire them again.

I would like for EVERYONE on Angie's List to give these guys a chance just once, which this is all you will need you do NOT have to go any further for a Carpet cleaning company. Logan Carothers, and Jordan Payne of AMERESTORE did a great Job on my carpet I have never had my carpet cleaned in my life like these guys did, they was so fair with a huge discount for the first time customers. If you aren't a religion person this company will make you think you are, why because you'll think you have die and went to heaven my carpet is so clean and smelling fresh new, and good. I am telling any one who will listen, PLEASE try these guys you will love them and you will love the price and MOST OF ALL' YOU WILL LOVE THE JOB, EXCELLENT Job you Guys' EXCELLENT for real. It went wonderfully. Jordan arrived and he introduced himself. He asked me what needed to be cleaned I said just my front room carpet and some furniture pillows. Well, what a great surprise, he cleaned my sofa and loveseat and chair without my asking! He even asked me what scent I would like to have. I said well, do you have a mint scent? Of course. Jordan is the professional. Very respectful and I can tell he loves customer service! He went above and beyond what I asked of him. I cant wait till next time my carpet and furniture needs cleaning. I will ask for Jordan again.

I asked them if they were on Angie's List and they said yeah, which was great. They were here within an hour and came out last Friday night at around 11:00 or so. We're not finish with them and we still have some more to go because they got a repair division that's going to be coming out to do repair work. They were excellent. They were prompt and very professional. They knew what they were doing and had the knowledge because they sized things up quickly. This wasn't their first rodeo and they got right on it. They weren't here no more than 10 minutes before they started pulling up baseboards, pulling up flooring, and getting the water and stuff underneath it. They were right there and not delaying a bit or hesitating. It was two guys on the crew and they just busted through it and got it done. They explained things as they were going and said that they needed to get on it right away because the faster they get it done the less damage there is. They were concerned about re-mediating as much damage as they can and it's refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we ever had a problem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

extremely well, they went above and beyond! i couldnt believe they showed up to our house at 9:00pm on a sat night to help us after our garage ceiling fell through. their professionalism & knowledge of what to do won us over & totally put our minds @ ease! we couldnt be happier w/the job they did.

We woke up early on a Sunday morning to 3 inches of water in our entire basement. We immediately called Amerestore because I have used them for over 12 years to clean my carpets, and I knew they did water issues, too. They immediately headed to our house and began the process of extracting the water and drying the basement. This took several days. Every day someone called to check in and make sure things were progressing well. In addition, someone came to our house every day to check the equipment and the moisture levels of the basement. The water did an incredible amount of damage and we lost many possessions. But, in a bad circumstance, Amerestore was really great. Everyone was professional, kind, and seemed to truly care about our problem. Every person we dealt with knew a lot about water and water damage. The fact that they came to our house so quickly is the reason we were able to save some of our belongings. I have thanked them in person and over the phone. Now I am writing a review because I am just so impressed with this company. Thanks to everyone at Amerestore!

We had no problems with them, and would use them again (God forbid it should be necessary!)

Amerestore sent a team of four certified mold remediation specialists to our home. They initially set up an environment that would prevent the mold from getting into the main body of the house. Although the air scrubbers were loud and somewhat obtrusive, they were an important step that allowed us to stay in our home during much of the clean-up. They worked hard, and their progress was evident every day. They were professionals who knew exactly what needed to be done, and they worked well as a team. Although I hope never to have to use them again, Amerestore employees were helpful, pleasant and informative every step of the way. IMPORTANT NOTE: No home insurance provider in Indiana provides mold coverage because it is so prevalent in the Midwest.

The drying went great and the drywall and cabinetry went great. The flooring contractor (Professional Flooring 3) Not so well. They did not perform in a timely mannger. I have let Amerestore know about it.

Don't use these people and please be sure your insurance company doesn't

We were very impressed overall. They are committed to doing the job right and making the customer happy. Would have been all A's, except there was some inconsistency with the days and times they came to do the work (this project took several weeks) and we didn't always know if they were coming or not. Another reason for not all A's was that some of the guys smoked and we found cigarette butts in our yard and driveway. However, the quality of their work removing the mold and repairing the water damage was excellent.

Amerestore came the day I called. I would say they were "aggressive", in a good way, about fixing my problem. One contractor said the wood would dry on its own. Amerestore was convinced it needed air drying and mold eradication. Yes, they were recommending work for which they got paid (by the insurance), but my sense was that they were acting in my best interest with this more aggressive approach to the problem. They were always on time, interfered in our lives as little as possible, and were always friendly and polite.

I have used them three or four times. They are GREAT!
