+ -1 moreThe price turned to be more than we expected because we thought it was just changing the faucet handle of the shower but it turned out that it broke. Obviously we were not happy that it turned out to be more than we thought but that was unavoidable. It had to be taken care of. Last year time when we used them we had very good experience with them. Price wise they run a little high but they are always good.
Description of Work: We used Tri County Plumbing to replace a broken shower faucet. We have used them before.

Description of Work: I'm adding a 3/4 bath to the second story of our house which was built about 1930. I had them do the rough in for the toilet, shower and vanity supply lines as well as the waste lines. I also had them put in a whole house vent as there was no vent previously. Rather than tear out the second story floor (old tongue and groove hardwood) I had to take down a run of plaster in the ceiling of the room below and down the wall to run the waste lines. The work took about 1 1/2 days to accomplish. The only thing they would not do is cut the hole through the roof to install the vent line-- Not sure why. They did however, leave the materials to have it done. In the end the work was done for less than the other companies who gave me quotes. They even made an extra trip to make sure I'd taken out enough plaster so they could work.

+ -1 moreWe went with the new system because it was going to cost 600 for repairs to the old unit. This happened over new years week,but they came out and gave us the estimate and the reason for delay had to order propane tank to heat it with.
Description of Work: They came out and checked and removed the old hot water heater and replace plumbing and heater with a tankless water heated.
