Smiley's Royal Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing

Todd of Smiley's Royal Comfort HVAC and his crew initially came on site to quote new HVAC systems for my 146 year old "new" house. While that bid process was in progress they responded to an "emergency" call when the decades old gas furnace died during sub freezing weather (Murphy's law). The parts were no longer available. (O'Tooles' Law: Murphy was an optimist). They adapted and overcame, creating a "work around" with some other parts to get us through until our new systems were installed. Installed a high efficiency heat pump with heat pack for the the 2nd floor, installed new duct work, and cold air returns. Installed a new gas furnace and new air conditioning for the 1st floor. Installed some new duct work, repaired old duct work as needed. There were challenges and issues (as with any major project) and Todd, Jodi and their crew handled each and every one quickly and professionally. I'm still bragging about the whole process!

When the furnace failed (transformer malfunctioned) They responded very quickly and went above and beyond to find a replacement part "work around" for the no longer available, obsolete, failed part. When we replace the existing system, we'll have Smiley's Royal Comfort provide and install the HVAC equipment. (Two systems to properly replace the old one.)

Everything was resolved in the end.

I was very impressed by their knowledge and involving me in most all decisions. I asked all types of questions and they patiently answered them all. They treated me with respect since my husband is out of state I am like a single woman making all the decisions. I have complete confidence I was treated fairly and got a great bargain too.

This company provides a great service. They were easy to contact and make appointments. They were efficient at installation of the two units we had put in. This company just scores highly across the board and were great to work with.

They are very respectful of your property. They take their shoes off before they come inside our home. They are very polite, they will let you know what they're doing. They are just very professional. They do good quality work. Their pricing is very competitive.
