 + -1 moreThis was the best experience I've had with a contractor. Jeff was friendly and responsive, and his estimate was very reasonable. The quality of his work is outstanding. He seems to have experience in every aspect of home building. He knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Jeff is also an honest person; when materials exceeded his initial estimate, he told me about the difference but said that it was his responsibility to stick with the price he gave me. I still paid for the extra amount because I appreciate the honesty and frankly, Jeff's work is worth more than he charges. He went above and beyond. My wife and I are thrilled with the new walkway and with the other improvements he made, and I am already planning to hire him for a flooring project.
Description of Work: Removed and repoured sections of a broken concrete walk, added a curved section to the concrete path, rerouted a drain underground, repaired chimney tile, sealed roof section above flashing, extended a downspout, corrected a problem of dirt washing away from landscaping, and offered general advice in home maintenance and repair.

 + 7 moreThe owner write estimate, explained everything, stayed to estimate. Very nice, professional and stands by work. They came out when they said they would, did what they said, made sure every detail was finished, cleaned up after their selves.
Description of Work: Installation of siding, repair under roofing and roof, installation of door and screen door, repair walls and replace water damage, repair chimneys flashing, remove and install deck, caulk where needed.
