Window Genie of South Bend

Initially I had them out for estimate and set up an appointment for Nov 14th. We had to change that due to weather and it was changed to Nov 25th. It was a No show and No call. I made 4 calls and he has not return my calls.

After multiple attempts to contact Jack, I finally received a response to schedule the window cleaning. The day of the appointment, I took a half day off of work to let them in our house for a 1pm appointment. After no one had showed up or called by 3pm I called Jack and left a voicemail. He returned my call at 4pm and told me that he assumed I did not want to have the service performed because it had rained in the morning. No call/no show. He asked to come the next day but I could not miss work again. I asked about having the work completed on Saturday and he said he would check with his crew and let me know. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard anything. They do not appear to be reliable and very inconsiderate of others schedule. I would NOT recommend.

Great Job. Theere was a at least 5 on the crew so the job was completed quickly.

We would definitely recommend Jack and his crew -- they were very nice and did good work. They did miss the inside of one window (over kitchen sink), which we didn't notice until after they'd left. (Didn't contact them about it; easy enough for us to do it.) After we moved into this house, it seemed as though the windows might never have really been washed at all. The front windows involved scraping off stuff to get them clean. At first pass, they needed more work, but after we pointed this out, Jack happily redid it. Just monitor the work to make sure it's what you want, and mention anything you see -- they will respond. We'll use them again next year.

I called him 2 days later looking for the estimate. When I got the estimate, emailed him with questions. Ended up calling him to get answers. We set an appointment for him to do the work. No show. No call or contact since. Would not recommend .

They look great and they had not been cleaned in a long while! The owner came out and my screens were still on- and I was out of town. He offered to come back the following day...so easy to work with!

Although the team of 3 was punctual, they did not wash the windows well. Spots, streaks and other debris were left on the windows. Upon a phone call, they agreed to re-do the windows.

Perfect! Will have them back for window tinting next.

Started with an estimate, they were half the cost of competitors. Arrived on schedule, we did clear room from windows inside, they we in and out before we noticed. They even left us a new ladder! I didn't think they meant that, so we did give that back. We liked the job they did, and the crew so personable, they will be our window cleaners from now on. Thanks Window Genie!!!
