SAS Heating & A/C Service

The company's thermostats are a little expensive, but the customer service and quality are exceptional.

He installed a digital thermostat for our very old gas furnace and AC. Although the furnace was very old, we wanted to keep it since we were about to sell the house. He agreed with our decision and he even help us on an unrelated home improvement project before he left!

They put a new furnace in for me in December of 2020 Scott really knows what he is doing great person very very knowledgeable best customer service I have had for a long time. So my central air went on the blink and I called Scott again he came right out and got it running but it was on its last leg so we got a new one Scott came out installed it for us .we could not be happier .If you want a very reliable person and someone who really cares about your well-being this is the guy.Always Always explained everything in words you can understand this guy is AWSOME I wonâ t go anywhere else.

Anyone looking for an amazing heating and cooling company this one is it! They were amazing great quality of work! On time very friendly and takes the time to explain any questions you may have! I would highly recommend this company!

I stepped out for maybe 10-15 minutes at the most and he called me telling me he was at the house and I was only 3 minutes away. He was very rude on the phone and just left and did not even fix my furnace. Will not be hiring him again.

Scott is great! He was fair and honest and never tried to upsell us. Got us in on the same day and had our unit back up and running in half an hour! Will use again!!

They drove a pretty far distance to help me out in an emergency. Very friendly and great communication. I appreciate most that they went above and beyond to help me stay on budget for the repair. I will definitely call them again in the future if any other ac problems.

AC went out on 4th of July and they were very accommodating and came that day. I had lots of questions since my AC unit was over 40 yrs old. I replaced the whole unit upon their recommendation. They were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and kept me informed as the job was getting done.

I called Scott thinking that I needed a new a/c. He told me he doesn't like to give quotes on units he hasn't seen. He came out and determined that my unit could be repaired for $650. Everyone else I talked to just quoted me for a new system, never offering a repair.

Promptly came to the house after talking on the phone. Very pleasant. Explained work furnace needed and cost. Had part with him and got heat going quickly. Definitely will call again should need arise

The consultation fee is very high and it has to be paid whether the furnace is fixed or not as long as they show up.

Relatively prompt and decent communication up to the scheduled service call. Zero follow up and I never received a quote for installation of a new furnace. Seems to be content with the revenue from the check ups.
