+ 0 moreWork did not take place because individual never showed up or called. Price was reasonable and I had used the individual to sand and finish my floors 5 years ago. The first time he did work for us it was excellent. This time I couldn't even get him to show up.
Description of Work: Called and talked with Rob and scheduled time to come and perform job. He gave estimate over the phone as I was only doing refinishing of stairs. Never showed or called. I didn't bother following up.
