Work was excellent. Windows turned my three season porch into a year-round office. Service was great.

Sales person Dave was extremely polite and helpful. Rob called Memorial Day evening with a last minute cancellation for the next day , so they could move my job up. Because of the short notice, they even trimmed some bushes that I was not able to get to before they arrived. Installer Brian and his crew knew their business and did a great job. Very nice people. Helpful, professional, knowledgeable.

Professional job, on time and kept the work site very clean. The installer was very experienced and was able to handle a challenging job of installing 2 new windows in an older home without a problem. Impressed with the service and the communication was outstanding, They aren't happy with the job until you are happy with the job. Honest and dependable. Would recommend this company for your window and door projects.

very well. they are very responsive when questions are asked. Installers are really good, and take great care when entering and working in your home. Trim outside was excellent. We ordered patio doors from them, and looking forward to the same quality of service.

Rob, the owner is very professional and responsive the way you want to be communicated with. The job started when they said it would start and they explained how long it would take. There were no messes left behind and the install looked great,inside and out. We also had the fascia replaced on all sides of the house. Again, great job and it looks so much better. I have used Michiana's Best Choice Windows twice now and plan to use them again in the spring as I trust them and they provide great service and product.

We originally were looking for a quote for windows. We received a quote from them for windows. We had another company quote our vinyl siding, but they were really high. We asked them if they knew someone that did vinyl siding. They explained they also did siding. They explained that to properly install windows they also needed the expertise to perform siding work. We got a quote from them and they were $12,000 less than the other quote. We asked why so much difference. They said they charged based on the labor and cost of materials and didn't understand why the other quote was so high. They were confident in their work and explained we only had to pay 50% down. If we didn't love their work, then we wouldn't have to pay. By now, you can figure out that we had the work done. We love it!. They were great throughout the process explaining the work completion. We only got delayed 1 day due to heavy rains. We have recommended them to several of our friends. One friend has already used them and bought us dinner for the great recommendation.
