Description of Work: I contacted Mac when I noticed my septic had overflowed. I called him in the morning. He said he wouldn't be able to work on it that day but that he would come look at it later on in the day. He arrived probably an hour and a half later (earlier than I expected) and found the problem to be a clogged filter. He was able to fix the problem on the spot and didn't even charge us anything. He gave us some advice on cleaning the filters and said to call him in the spring to pump it out. I really appreciate his willingness to help on such short notice and I will definitely be calling him back once spring arrives.
