+ -1 moreFirst meeting with Ben went well. Shared that we wanted to have a pool installed and needed heads moved, etc. The owner Ron showed up today and not only insulted me but threatened not to help us at all. I had to call my builder and Kline Custom Homes found the solution. The real solution would be to never use this company again. The owner is rude, obnoxious, poor attitude and treats his own employees very unprofessional. With that said, his son will be taking over the business one day and seemed like a class act. Even then my experience was horrible and hope nobody has to endure what I did today. Ps- I have never written a review before this is how bad the service was.
Description of Work: Purchased a home through Kline Custom Homes and this company did a terrible job installing the sprinkler system. There were exposed pipes the backyard.
