Owner checked pipes around and under tub. Explained water leak was due to tub needing to be resealed and not a plumbing issue. Spent time demonstrating where the leak was originating. He was extremely helpful and offered to reseal bath but that he couldn't do it right away. We chose to reseal it ourselves.

The service was very good. The staff was very good. Everything was done in the allocated time and they left the work area very clean. They were pretty prompt and showed up within the hour they had said.

It went very well. Chris was the service person. He is straightforward, which I appreciate. He came in, looked at the problem, gave me his recommendation and then jumped in and got the job done. I had him look at some other problems that I have. He was very thorough in his explanation and gave me options on how the problem could be solved. He gave me an estimate up front on what he thought the cost would be and while I will do some research and get other estimates because that's just what I do, his estimate sounds fair. I have a very clear idea now on what it is going to take to fix and how much. This allows me to plan as to when I can work it into my schedule and my budget. This is very important to me. Overall, really impressed.

I called Chris because my basement drain was clogged and a pond was forming in the basement. Chris worked me in at the end of his very busy day and cleared the drain. He also put in a new handle on a toilet. He is always a fountain of knowledge and gave me tips on how to avoid clogs in the future.

They were on time, contentious, fairly priced and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again in the future.

He ran into a couple problems which he handled very well. (The old heater tank was filled with sediment that made it extremely heavy and hard to get up the basement steps. The main water valve broke while he was installing the softener.) He stayed after 11 pm. so we could have water for the night. He returned the next day to finish the job. He charged us minimally for his extra work.He was very conscientious and cleaned up the work area extremely well. He told us everything he did and explained how the appliances worked. He made sure we were satisfied.
